We stayed in August 2023, we normally do the all inclusive thing, but wanted to have less regimented holiday. The bar and reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was always hot and there was always something to fill you up. It's not a 5 star hotel and doesn't claim to be, but in our opinion it has everything you need for a perfect self catering break, the apartment was clean and spacious. The WiFi was a bit sketchy, but who goes on holiday to constantly look at their phones. Have booked again for the same time 2024.

5Mile walk from the Centre of the town. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment my son was on a little fold out bed. Me and my partner was in two single beds pushed together. We stayed at the end of season so it was quiet. The staff were friendly polite. We stayed B&B but should have stayed half Board or all inclusive as the island is expensive €15 to the town €3.75 by bus for the three of us. I would stay here again if my budget was the same.

Lovely grounds - didn't use the pool so can't comment. stayed for 3 weeks. Multiple nationalities on site. Anyone with a reasonable level of fitness could walk into Ayia Napa and back though the buses were every 10 minutes or so and cost 1.50 euro per trip. If you want a coffee try Coffee Berry at the new marina as it was cheaper than the complex and better quality. good: refurbished studio which was clean and tidy. A/C included in cost. Room regularly cleaned and clean sheets and towels provided regularly. There were 3 sets of crockery and cutlery. Few cooking utensils though (see below). Staff helpful. We ate at the buffet for a few evenings and for 15 euro the choice and quality weren't bad though we did find a better buffet in Ayia Napa for 2 euro extra. bad: one of the hobs was permanently switched on so had to switch off at wall. Also no instructions provided on how to use the hob but I figured it out myself.. The catering utensils supplied were basic at best so no cooking a Sunday lunch !! No oven only a microwave. The fitness centre is dire: a few old machines that need attention and no free weights. Block 500 backs onto the main road so I had to use earplugs to have any chance of getting any sleep though the complex itself was reasonably quiet.

Had a enjoyable stay here although some things not too good. First of all I must say all the staff were brilliant even the maintenance man that sorted our air conditioning can’t fault anyone. The apartment was lovely, cleaned a lot and no problems at all. Now the food, we were half board and I have to say the food wasn’t that good. The breakfast was ok but very repetitive and never hot just warm. The evening meals were the same, we went out on 2 nights as meals at hotel got very boring. On hindsight should of gone self catering. The sun beds could do with replacing most very worn and very uncomfortable. The pool was lovely and the bar food was good. Nice walk to a fab beach 2 sun beds and an umbrella 7 euros 50 all day. Frequent bus into Ayia Napa which was handy bus stop just outside apartments. Nice supermarket next door too.

Amazing holiday village. 2nd time stayed here and a brilliant place. Apartment first class, spotlessly clean. Near some beautiful beaches, 10mins to ayia napa, by bus or taxi. The complex itself is beautiful and the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble, would give reception ladies 10 out of 10.

Staff are helpful and really nice. Cleaning of rooms done every day and the studio room we had was modern with good bathroom. The pool is large and clean the only things that let it down for us the was the sunbeds are uncomfortable and dirty with black stains of boby sweat. Ayia Napa is 15 mins on the bus get a weekly bus pass.

As a lot of the other reviews say, this is a very well equipped and pleasant choice for a village resort stay, especially if you are a plant, tree, lizard or cat fan, as there are plenty of them. There are some incredible natural features to admire such as massive cactus trees and jasmine vines; the staff are absolutely lovely, the pool is fantastic, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We opted for half board so didn’t need to do a lot of cooking, but if you did choose self catering I could see how you may struggle a little after a while as there are just two hobs and a microwave. Cocktails: delicious and reasonably priced, (6.50)and then even more reasonably priced during the daily happy hour (3.50) though be aware they pare the options down a little for this. Poseidon Bar: very nice lunches, plenty of options. Buffet: breakfast was good, we were only staying a few days so may get repetitive for longer visits ( as other reviews mention). Half board gives you the option to choose between lunch or dinner and we went for dinner the first night, which was billed as ‘International’, and may be fine for meat eaters, but it would be really good to include more vegetarian/vegan options, salad, vegetables and pasta were available but there was no protein for non meat eaters available at all and overall quite disappointing. We had lunch the next day and this was much better, especially as we didn’t realise we could eat in the bar instead of the buffet (it had all been cleared away by 2pm which temporarily alarmed us as lunch is supposed to run until 2.30). One other thing to mention is that over the whole weekend music plays in both of these areas constantly, loudly, and depending on your tastes, ranges from fun to from mildly annoying to intolerable. Speakers are pointed inward so this wasn’t a problem in the rooms but brace yourself and maybe pack some earplugs just in case. Very much recommend the Medieval Festival in Agia Napa for traditional entertainment in October, market stalls, music and dancing, and free wine and coffee!

Well, 10/10 for that experience! Really courteous and friendly staff right through from receptionists to cleaners to bar staff to restaurant staff to maintenance staff ... lovely atmosphere. Good-sized room with kitchenette and air con was perfect. Good pool, excellent bar with happy hour (4-6 pm) each night and decent prices. We were half-board, and were very happy with the buffet-style breakfast and evening meals. Each evening followed a theme night, such as oriental, italian, cypriot international, bbq et cetera. A number of restaurants in the vicinity, plus bars and coffee shop, all within a few minutes walk. A series of nice beaches were within walking distance; the Mediterranean was crystal clear. We would genuinely consider going back for another stay there. Cyprus weather is typically great!
