Dieses Hotel legt nicht besonders viel wert auf Sauberkeit, das Personal ist freundlich. Am ersten Tag war die Dusche defekt, wurde erst am nächsten Tag repariert. Ist sehr unangenehm nach einem langem Flug. Am 3ten tag mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln wegen einem Rohrbruch. Am 4ten Tag war Ruhe, das war schön. Es kamen immer mehr Engländer, diese waren sehr respektlos und von Frühs an bis in die Nacht sehr laut und betrunken und deren Verhalten war sehr unangebracht. Ab dem 5-6tag began die Katastrophe. Wir wachten auf und das Balkon war voller Ungeziefer, wir bekamen wieder ein neues Zimmer (sehr zeitaufwendig mit einem Baby, ist keine Entspannung). Ab dem 6ten Tag dachte ich ich bin im falschen Film, wir kamen nach einem kurzen Ausflug als Ablenkung vom Ungeziefer zurück ins Hotel, ich traute meinen Augen nicht, das komplette Hotel voller Ungeziefer, vom Eingang bis hinauf in unser Zimmer was ja eigentlich komplett frisch war, war alles voll. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen wegen der Hygiene. Die vielen Zimmer die wir sahen, waren in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und sehr dreckig. Wir ekelten uns wirklich, das Essen war in Ordnung aber oft nicht ganz durchgegart. Nachdem meine Frau zur Rezeption ging und sagte das wir hier nicht mehr schlafen wollen (mehrere Gäste wollten das auch nicht mehr und Verliesen ebenfalls das Hotel). Jetzt sind wir in einem anderem Hotel von der gleichen Kette. Aber es es ist wirklich sehr sauber alles wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Wir sind einfach nur froh das wir aus diesem Hotel raus sind und hoffen auf eine große Rückzahlung für diese riesigen Umstände !

Everything was great, from rooms (clean,spacious,lovely balcony), kind and professional stuff.. But the peace, and private beach.. just remarkable.. Food is really good, fresh and is changing every day, which is really cool! Pools are clean and big, good for adults and those for kids are awesome! 10/10

A five day stay Maria made our stay .the reception staff were nuts in a good way The staff was very attentive especially Maria the food was great manager Mr pascal was lovely A few updates are needed A few touches are definitely needed It didn’t spoil our stay but Maria the nuts and change it around Thank you to all

The entertainment was out of this world, Juan and Maria was crazy. They helped us with everything and made us a great of a time The food was great, and the drinks were amazing. The sea side bedroom was also great. The service in the restaurant was also good. Had a great time

A family and friends holiday was here for a family wedding . Can't fault the hotel the rooms were cleaned daily they were spacious comfortable bed The food was excellent plenty of choices to pick from different choices every day which was nice Good entertainment for the kids The staff very friendly and helpful especially Maria I dont have a problem recommend this hotel Would love to be able to come back withmore members of my family We all had a great time definitely value for money

We came as 2 couples and stayed for 2 nights on an all inclusive basis. The hotel experience was really great, the location and views are breath taking, golden sand, awesome views to the new Ayia Napa Marina. The food had variability at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The common areas were clean, and there were cleaning ladies all around always making sure everything was clean. Waiters were abundant and you didnt have to wait when ordering drinks etc. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and all felt like the reviews they had online didn't make them justice, and this hotel is definitely under rated and deserves more credit. We would come again!

Magnifique hôtel et la plage (privé) est superbe. Tout le personnel est au petit soin, nous ne demandions pas mieux, un grand merci à toutes les réceptionnistes qui sont d’une grande gentillesse ! Cote animateur, petit clin d’œil à Juanito qui est d’une grande amabilité, et extrêmement serviable, en plus, grâce à lui il n’y a plus de barrière de la langue ! Dommage qu’il soit seul pour tout gérer mais en tout cas il le fait très bien. Merci à tous pour ce séjour merveilleux

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen zu dem ist es sehr sehr Kinder und Familienfreundlich das Essen ist gut und die Hygiene ist sehr ordentlich. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr schön und die Zimmer sind wirklich wohlfühlend. Wir sind katzenliebhaber deshalb können wir das Hotel für alle katzenliebhaber nur empfehlen. Aber auch für alle anderen die ihre Ruhe haben möchten. In der nebensaison ist es wirklich sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen.
