Very nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff.

Once arrived at the hotel, quick and easy check in, which then someone showed us to our room. The pool area was really nice and kept very clean to a high standard every day, the girls and guy on the bar were very nice and kept everything moving, only big bare on the pool area is there needs to be a toilet put in somewhere as you have to go in the hotel and trek down to the gym as it’s the closest one. The hotel rooms were really nice, maids come in and cleaned every day. Only wanted one double and got 2 singles also, balcony very nice and good view Over the week the food was at a good standard with a wide variety changing every day (apart from breakfast) The entertainment staff were excellent, keeping to his schedule and always upbeat and good with the kids, good man All in all, would definitely return especially with the price paid!

We stayed here for a week at the end of May as a young couple. We went for an extremely chilled out holiday and had the most incredible experience! We would normally consider ourselves slightly picky eaters but we never felt stuck and there was always choices for food! There was different themes in the restaurant every night which we loved! We went all inclusive and the cocktail and drink options were great! i’ve never had a hotel with so many options! all of the staff throughout the entire hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a standard room and it was beautiful, we love a modern look so it was right up our alley! There was always loungers available by the pool when we got up, even with people reserving them. The only slight oddity we found was there is no public toilets (to our knowledge) and you had to go back to your room to use the bathroom. For us this was okay as our room was very close to the pool and pool bar, although i imagine for some this was a slight pain if they were further away. We used our free visit to the A La Carte on the Saturday night and it was perfect! Again, we went as a young couple of 19 and 20 although there was plenty families with children ranging all ages and they all seemed to have a good a time as is! I could happily see myself re-booking this hotel in the future! As i said we did a relaxed holiday but those who prefer a bit more adventure there is still plenty to do and the Tui staff can help with excursions and such! 100% recommend. To sum it up I don’t really have a bad word to say about this hotel and i could happily see myself re-booking this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel with good food and perfect service. The swim up room was very nice and the cleaning was good! Fun activities both day and evening. We surely be back to Cyprus and to this hotel. Good location, not far to the beach and shopping. ☀️

The hotel is amazing the food is good and would recommend booking al acart restaurant. Entertainment it fab picasso is amazing with all people he runs everything and is so nice would recommend joining in with games. Hotel is clean and has good facilities

Below was my original review which I deleted because I wanted to update it: The update: we’ve just returned to our room after a day at the pool and it is immaculate! The house keeper did ask to see us but wasn’t available when I went to reception; however they have obviously really listened to my review as the room is exactly what I expected from this hotel! Thank you for listening to the review and addressing it so quickly! Original review: This is our second visit to the hotel and we’re half way through our stay now. We love the location, the food and the staff. The pool is large and comfortable and the view of the sea is amazing. The staff in the dining room and bars are great and there is always someone taking glasses and keeping the pool area clean and tidy. Food is great, lots of options for adults and children and everything is replenished quickly. We had an issue with our A/C and the maintenance team came out to look straight away and sorted the problem. Our reason for not giving 5* this time is the cleaning of the room. Room cleaning seems hit and miss this time, we’ve had a couple of occasions where it’s been the evening before anyone has come to clean and then we’ve been getting ready for dinner so it hasn’t been appropriate for them to come in. We’ve had one day where our beds have been made since we got here and upon arrival there were marks in the shower from body wash, dust and dirt between the beds and hairs on the bedroom floor. The maid has told us that she can’t fit everything in so we didn’t want to complain, we tried to subtly ask for water for the room, mentioning that the room hadn’t been cleaned to reception but it felt like we were being fobbed off - making us more suspicious that the workload is too much for the cleaning staff. It’s a shame as last year the cleaning was amazing and we couldn’t fault the hotel - hopefully this will be resolved before the main summer season.

I visited this hotel recently with some family members and I have to say the hotel is beautiful. The views from the pool and some of the rooms is incredible. The hotel staff are so lovely, especially the ladies on reception. They are so warm and welcoming. Especially koula and Janna (apologies if I have their names spelt wrong) they are a credit to your hotel. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, fantastic housekeeping standards, could not fault them at all. George who's in charge of the bars is the funniest guy we have met while on holiday before. He always made sure we and everyone else were having the best time. He's an absolute star. The food is incredible, so many choices to choose from! The desserts are just delicious, I think I gained more weight from just them!! We did try the Italian restaurant and wonderful service and good choice of food on the menu. We did speak to the TUI reps a few times, booked an excursion through them for the pirate boat trip and it was such a fun day out. I'd highly recommend seeing them for any excursion you want to do in Ayia Napa. Saga was lovely and helped us with our questions and Kirsten the TUI manager was very knowledgeable and really lovely to just talk to, we actually spent a good time just talking to her about random things! Definitely one of TUIs best reps/managers we've came across and we always holiday with TUI. Now on to the only bad part of the holiday. The entertainment is shocking, most probably one of the worst we have ever seen in a TUI hotel. The guy who does it, Picasso? Pablo? Not sure on his name is very rude, we seen him shout at the TUI reps in front of guests and the pool bar staff. Not professional at all. The entertainment is boring, same thing over and over again. Bingo all the time, mini disco same songs every night. Some times he just left and came back like 30/40 minutes later. Terrible host and entertainment. If you want this hotel to be one of the bests which it could be, I'd highly suggest getting better entertainers in, preferably ones that aren't rude and actually want to do their job. But apart from that, we would 100% come back to this hotel next year and I would recommend it to my friends and family based of all the good things. Please update your entertainment though! We ended up having our original holiday cancelled by Tui 48 hours before we were due to fly. I found this holiday and we were pleasantly surprised. We upgraded to a swim up pool room and my mum had a luxury double room. We stayed in 3001 the room was a family swim up with sliding doors it was really clean and a good size. We were lucky the sun was on our balcony from mid morning until the evening. The pool itself was great and I would definitely recommend upgrading if you can. My mums room was also lovely, clean and spacious. The reception staff when we arrived were so helpful. The food was great for an all inclusive and we were never short on choice. Our sons aged 3 and 8 never struggled to find something to eat. There was always a selection of chicken or beef etc and the salad bar was so good. Children had the option of pizza, pasta, chicken nuggets, burgers and all sort of desserts. We ate at the snack bar at lunch and that was also very nice. There were salads, wraps, burgers, nuggets, pizza and chips, The Italian we had so a beautiful meal here it was so good and food was cooked to perfection. Drinks were also good for an all inclusive however some bar staff were better than others at making the drink. The lobby bar was really nice too. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and they did an amazing job daily. The main pool well my mum witnessed people putting towels down at 4:30am which is abit much and at previous stays at Atlantica staff actually removed all towels which had been put down before the pool opening at 10am. There are plenty of loungers. This is one reason we were glad we upgraded. There are also no toilets around the pool. The park was great and our boys loved it. There was an adult toilet and children’s toilet in the playroom (basically empty room). I The hotel location was great we walked to sandy beach and also the harbour. We would definitely return again and would say it’s definitely value for money.
