A very good manager, a very good team and a very good house keeping. I was very pleased. The only criticism breakfast room is inadequate while the hotel is full. There are no chances of enlargement. Except this, helpfulness and sincerity, cleanliness, breakfast was very good. I recommend 100%.

During my staying in your hotel I have to say everything the best about the kind staff, excellent food and clean room, cosy bed. Regards to waitress, a special regard to the Croatian waitress. I will recommend your hotel to everyone who wants to visit München.

It’s next to the metro, Very friendly and helpful receptionists. The rooms are clean and nice. You don't want to leave at all :)

Do not pick this place with your family. It is 30 minutes away from everything, Uber isn’t very active. The minute I checked in, they didn’t get my children’s ages. My niece won a trip here, and I had never taken a trip outside of US. My father just passed, and I thought it would be a nice trip for my mom to come with us. My niece was checking in Sat, we got there Thursday and thought- mom could just stay with us until she gets here. We left 2 days earlier as it saved on airfare for 5 people, and we wanted to explore Germany. I slipped and fell out of the shower and broke my toe. Shower is a death trap. We got back from outing on Saturday waiting on my niece, and a man pounds on the door demanding a head count for the room. My daughter was in her underwear and laying down and he turns to my elderly mother and yells- Get out! Don’t smile, how many towels do you use? He wanted to have my elderly mother get her own room, charged us for it, insulted my family by mocking us to other guests. I cried and couldn’t sleep for 3 days and had to take anxiety medication to calm down. Especially after I just slipped out of the shower- no one would hear my mother if she fell. He was upset that I brought my mom a piece of bread and yogurt, when my son didn’t eat anything. after that, I felt unsafe, unwelcomed, and forced to pay another $1500 for my children and mother to share an existing room. That basically was double paying. Worst mistake EVER! I have never been treated so unkind. They just thought they would charge me whatever they want, treat us like s**t, and then expect me to be wake up refreshed and ready to experience Germany. Had I not paid for this hotel 3 times, (during booking, my niece’s prize, and added another $1500+) I was going to check out on Sunday and take my family to another hotel closer to UBER area. I absolutely HATE this place.

Pro: - Free deep garage Contra: - The outflow in the bathroom has provided a durable, terrible smell. You had to keep the bathroom door closed permanently, otherwise the smell would have been pulled through the entire room - in the bathroom there was a small, three-storey car in which you could store his things for the bathroom. Unfortunately, this car was so extremely dirty at all three levels of deposition that you had to undergo something everywhere. - The bathroom had only 2 hooks to be. Handsets to hang - In the shower the shower head was loose so that it could only hang the shower head down - The tube of the shower head was through the permanent ”down-hang” completely knocked so very little water came out of the shower head. - In one of our beds was a living cage - the tiles in the bathroom on the ground were already dark - the mirror in the bathroom was overflowed after arrival of water flirts - In the breakfast room there is a staff member who appears to be disappointed as she comes to the breakfast room every few minutes, doing as if she wash a table and then watching people at the dinner. A very nervous behaviour, because you can't have a quiet breakfast - the staff of the Putz column get in the breakfast room without desinfecting their hands beforehand, with their white hands their food (brood, sauce, cheese), touch this and take it into account

We spent a weekend there in June 2023, Friday through Sunday. Location: right next to a shopping mall (Riem Arcaden) with supermarkets and food places among many others. Parking: shared parking with shopping mall, designated elevator to the hotel lobby. Parking fee 20 to 25 euros per night. Overall impression: clean, light, modern. Check in and check out: fast and polite. Room: average size, very clean, small bathroom. We paid 75 euros per night per room (two people) and for this rate everything was as good as or even better than expected. One issue: no door bolt / security latch! In total we give four and a half stars for the hotel. We would have given five stars if there had been a door bolt and some smiles from the front desk staff as we walked by. Restaurant: Evening service one star / breakfast service four stars. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. My son ordered a Schnitzel which was half the size it used to be before covid (we used to stay at this hotel 3 times a year up until 2020). He was still hungry afterwards. The Schnitzel cost 28 euros. I am coeliac and often encounter problems finding food in German restaurants. I spoke to a very friendly waiter about it who was trying to be helpful but failed miserably (not his fault). He had no idea what gluten-free meant and he wasn't fluent in German nor English. He went to the kitchen and came back with some information. Not good enough. Went back to the kitchen and came back with some more information. Still not entirely helpful. There was a side order of vegetables on the menue with a dish. I asked if I could just get a side order of plain vegetables. No, I couldn't. It was not a matter of pricing, the waiter just didn't understand what I wanted from him and kept running back to the kitchen to ask but there didn't seem anybody available to deal with my request. I decided not to eat and ordered just a small non-alcoholic wine. Got a large one instead (was only charged for a small one but they couldn't get this right either). To summarize: my son and I were the only people in the restaurant. One might wonder why. We tried to order four items in total: Schnitzel, coke, side order of veggies, non-alcoholic wine. They failed on two out of four. The restaurant really deserves zero stars from us, however, we feel one star should go to the waiter who really tried hard and remained friendly throughout! Breakfast service started out just as bad. Upon check in I had asked if they offered gluten-free options and I was told it would not be a problem. First, however, it was. The first check in lady (younger) I spoke to was in training but didn't get help from somebody experienced. She just pointed me to the two gluten-free items offered in the buffet area but couldn't not answer my questions as to whether any bread could be warmed up for me in the kitchen. This hotel offers a simple room with tv and a good-sized bathroom. It’s very novel in the fact that you check yourself in online and are sent a code to enter your room. It was super cheap at £20 a night. The only things that let it down are: lack of AC meant the room was over 35 degrees - we had to open the window which led to really loud noises from the road. It meant that our nights weren’t very relaxing. Otherwise, we would stay here again. There is a nice supermarket and cafe round the corner so it is a good base.

great staff, very friendly, multilingual! Very clean, I loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, tasty eggs, a lot of different bread. I loved as well the laundry room where I could clean my cloth. I warmly recommend the hotel Bento-Inn Munich. Best price, great rooms, very nice persons within the hotel staff, Recommendable for friends, families and business trips.
