Stunning hotel entry/entrance. Nice room and all my special requests were granted.
Reception and guest relation service is good. Unfortunately the room service, at the pool and in the restaurants is lacking.
Loud gardening work should be postponed after 10am. A birthday party kept me awake at 3am. But the hotel very well managed my complaint.
The fitness room is too small.

Lovely place to stay at, a bit overpriced but overall we had a wonderful experience. Lost a few points on the several delays we had. Both from room service and team. The main manager gifted us a lovely bouquet though and made us feel warm.
The manager at Locatelli, Mario, his team, and Chief gave us the best experience ever!!! We have returned several times to eat there and they took care of us every single time. Preparing amazing vegan/vegetarian food and Apu, our waiter, ensured that everything was amazing.
The spa facilities are unique, we enjoyed all areas and the salt pool but the massage was so-so, for the price we payed.
The breakfast area was very loud, waiters were arguing and it was very noisy. The constant music blasting everywhere was also not aligned with the serenity that this place aims to create. We were on the top floors and we could still hear the pool music until late hours.
We will return back to Locatelli for sure. As far as staying there..we might give it another try.

We stayed there for 3 nights. We were 2 families, 18 guests all together. This hotel is amazing. In the minute that you put your foot on the entrance of the hotel, you understand that you arrived at a super hotel. The check-in process was very fast and efficient, the rooms were very nice, very clean and well equipped. There was everything that we asked for, like extra beds, etc. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with large possibilities of choices. The Matsuhisa restaurant was in the level of at least 1 Michelin star. The staff at the outdoor pool was amazing, and so was the service in the lobby and in the bar. The service in this hotel is at the top level! The spa was the best that I have ever been to. We are looking forward for our next stay in this marvelous property.

What a wonderful experience we have had here at the Amara. The staff could not have been more helpful, making our stay amazing and easy. Shout out to Maya who went out of her way to help us. Delicious food, comfy rooms and beds. Big bathrooms with gorgeous shower and bath. Nothing is too much. In fact, we tried to stay longer and they were full.

A very relax few days at this spectacular hotel. Service across the wider hotel was exceptional especially (Marios Perikleous) who went above and beyond to accommodate us. All the restaurants were also excellent in terms of food quality and experience - Keep up the good work !

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. The view is perfect, and the variety of food and drinks really does make it the best meal of the day. The breakfast staff are some of the nicest, kindest people you’ll meet- led by the great Marios. Will definitely come again!

We spend a week with our two children in Cyprus for the easter holidays. This hotel offers a magnificent sea view, top class accommodation and amazing restaurants. We enjoyed the pools and exteriors as well as the comfort of our suites. The Locatelli restaurant offers very refined Italian food and an interesting wine list. The Matsuhisa brings Japanese food to another level and their Sake choice is perfect. To summarize we really appreciated the Hotel and restaurants and would like to mention the outstanding quality of the service provided by the friendly staff. We will be back!
