El lugar es muy tranquilo y relajante con una atención excelente. Su personal muy amable. Piezas grandes y temperaturas ideales. Sus paseos turísticos inolvidables, Laguna San Rafael y piscinas termales de Bahía Pérez. Catamarán de lujo, amplio y con grandes ventanales.

Excelente hotel, buenas instalaciones, calidez del personal, los tours bien coordinados, buenos guías y entretenidos. Desayuno, almuerzo y cena tipo buffet con productos de la región. El Parador Loberias del Sur, un lugar familiar y acogedor al lado del río Baker.

Mala Experiencia en la llegada: Pese a haber avisado nuestra llegada en LA71 a las 1620, por email y wapp, nos pasan a buscar a las 1735, una y cuarto mas tarde, y nosotros esperando con 5 grados de temperatura, quise hablar con el Gerente Sr. Sanhueza, imposible.

The small town of Puerto Chacbuco doesn't have much going for except this hotel which is the most modern and upbeat place in town. Chances are you won't end up in Puerto Chacbuco unless you are here to take the trip to San Rafael glacier. This hotel organizes this excellent day trip as well as its own private park where you can hike to a nice waterfall, enjoy Patagonian lamb cooked over an open wood fire and sample great Chilean wines. Rooms are quite modern and the restaurant and bar are quite good. If you do walk around Puerto Chacabuco be sure to find the shipwreck which can be reached by following the shoreline past the passenger terminal.

Hice la excursión (estando alojado en el hotel por tres noches) a laguna san Rafael, cuando regrese a las 22:00 horas me informan, en el hotel, que mi reserva estaba anulada teniendo que ir a hospedarme a Puerto Aisén a las 23:00 horas. La forma de comunicar lo anterior, por un recepcionista varón, no fue la mas adecuada. La cena buffet no muy recomendable.

Muy buena atención, limpieza y estructura, con una gran experiencia en los tours, y además resolver los pequeños desperfectos de forma rápida. Sólo una pequeña observación: Actualizar los secadores de pelo, están muy pequeños y desfasados.
