It's ok, not many choices. It is recommended that you make a reservation early or you will encounter a tour group and there will not be enough hotels for any conference. Small places are not as convenient as domestic ones. Pay attention to the bill for local consumption

This was my second time staying at this place. It was again for business. As I wrote in my first review, amazing location close to everything (airport, city center…etc), amazing and helpful staff. We held a confer at the hotel this time and the staff were very helpful. The conference hall had everything we needed. It was clean and we found it ready before the kick off of our event which helped us a lot. We definitely stay there again. I think the only improvement can be having an option for included breakfast instead of charged as extra.

Not suitable for families, for the kids there was a miserable sofa bed with a 10cm "mattress". We asked to improve it and they added a blanket. We were locked out twice due to lock problems. The poor breakfast

Hotel to avoid at all costs! I have been to this hotel every other week for 3 months and my experience has been very disastrous each stay. Twice I left clothes with the laundry service who returned them with holes in them! In addition to returning them to me with holes in them, the hotel management pretended that the clothes already had holes in them and did not offer me any compensation, which is completely lacking in honesty. To this date, I have still not been reimbursed. Beyond this crooked practice, the hotel is in a lamentable state, it is not maintained (dirty bathroom, noisy room) and the staff is not at all up to standard (they forget orders, put takes forever to serve us in the restaurant, they don't come when we call room service). A shame for the Accor group and for the Novotel brand, the management must be replaced as quickly as possible.
