還行吧，選擇也不多。建議大家早點預訂不然遇上旅行團呀什麼會議的酒店都不夠，小地方不像國內方便。 當地消費注意看下賬單

Hôtel vieux, mal entretenu et extrêmement cher. C'est ce qu'on appelle une escroquerie. Chambre petite et piteuse, lit minuscule et matelas pas du tout confortable, on vous met le café/thé mais pas de bouilloire... Gold chez All et aucun upgrade pour une nuitée à 530tnd (à ce prix vous avez le droit au Sheraton ou au movenpick) Le restaurant extrêmement cher, plus cher que les meilleures tables sur Tunis pour une qualité médiocre... Je ne sais quoi vous dire, une pure arnaque, c'est la dernière fois que je mettrai les pieds la dedans. Un dortoir à ouvriers dans un quartier sale, puant....

This was my second time staying at this place. It was again for business. As I wrote in my first review, amazing location close to everything (airport, city center…etc), amazing and helpful staff. We held a confer at the hotel this time and the staff were very helpful. The conference hall had everything we needed. It was clean and we found it ready before the kick off of our event which helped us a lot. We definitely stay there again. I think the only improvement can be having an option for included breakfast instead of charged as extra.

Non adatto a famiglie, per i ragazzi c'era un misero divano letto con un "materasso" di 10 cm. Abbiamo chiesto di migliorarlo e hanno aggiunto una coperta. Siamo rimasti chiusi 2 volte fuori per problemi alla serratura. La colazione misera

Hôtel à fuir à tout prix ! Je me suis rendu dans cet hôtel une semaine sur deux pendant 3 mois et mon expérience a été très catastrophique à chaque séjour. À deux reprises j’ai laissé des vêtements au service de blanchisserie qui me les a rendues trouées ! En plus de me les rendre trouées, la direction de l’hôtel fait semblant que les vêtements étaient déjà troués et ne me propose aucun dédommagement, ce qui manque totalement d’honnêteté. À cette date, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursé. Au delà de cette pratique de truand, l’hôtel est dans un état lamentable, il n’est pas entretenu (salle de bain sale, chambre bruyante) et le personnel n’est pas du tout au niveau (ils oublient les commandes, mettent une éternité pour nous servir au restaurant, ne viennent pas quand on appelle le room service). Une honte pour le groupe Accor et pour la marque Novotel, la direction doit être remplacée au plus vite.
