Don't go! I hardly slept after staying there for one night! The dance hall on the first floor of the hotel started dancing at around 10pm! It lasted until around 1am!!! The sound could be heard throughout the whole building! It was useless to call to complain! The hotel front desk didn't care at all! It was as if I didn't exist! Such service attitude! Must give a bad review! 😡😡😡

One of the best hotels I've ever been to in Tunisia! Clean, tidy, good service. Marvelous breakfast. I just recommend it to everybody!

Personnel sympathique et serviable mais zéro pression dans la douche (ou alors à l'eau froide) et trop de bruit (karaoké/Musique) tous les soirs jusqu'à une heure bien trop tardive. Impossible de dormir, c'est le comble pour un hotel

Bed sheets were not clean as one of my family members who stayed the night at the hotel got skin allergies. She said the bed sheets were not clean as expected.

n Search reviews Tatjana Mölter 1/5 1 day ago on Google My husband and I spent 10 days in this hotel. The rooms are good, the breakfast is OK, but that doesn't matter because we haven't slept a single night for 10 days. The music is so loud every night (including drums and percussion) until 2 a.m. is absolute horror... then the furniture is moved around. It's no exaggeration when I say that the bed was shaking. TUI, where we bought the trip, did not respond to our messages and requests. We did not see the tour guide until departure as promised... alternative hotel 0 000 thank you TUI for nothing. After 5 days we were so exhausted that we just waited for the day of our return. I cannot recommend this hotel or TUI to the average person. If you have problems, you are alone. The horror

Stayed at the hotel on a Saturday night between flights. Check in was very efficient and the security at the hotel entrance was professional however the music from the pub/nightclub was ringing alarm bells while I was in reception. The room was clean however the air conditioning was not at all effective and the bathroom was very small/cosy I went straight to bed but tbh didn’t get a lot of sleep as the bass from the music was so loud. Breakfast was good with a chef cooking eggs to order. Probably would not stay again if I needed to get a good night sleep but have to complement all the staff for been very friendly
