Chang Cheng Hotel（Bac Ninh）

The room was quite old and the cleanliness was concerning. There was dust everywhere, and I even found small cards slipped under the door. I definitely won't choose this hotel again for future business trips.

The supervisor on duty is a Chinese guy, and he's very enthusiastic. The other female receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to them all!

The front desk staff were excellent, and all spoke Chinese. In particular, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Tuyet and Ms. Ly Thi Kim Thoa were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even helped me with a late check-out.

The front desk staff, Chen Yuhui, Deng Yuxuan, and Zheng Gengyuan, were very efficient with check-ins and answered all our questions. Their service was thoughtful, and our overall experience was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it convenient for both commuting and shopping. The guest room had plenty of natural light, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and even the nooks and crannies were spotlessly clean.

The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the hygiene was top-notch. Ruan and Yang Xin at the front desk provided great service.

Yang Qingshan was incredibly helpful during check-in, and Chen Yuhui and Mo Lanying were very thoughtful and attentive during check-out.

The facilities are a bit old, and the water pressure in the shower is very strong, so water tends to splash out easily. On the bright side, they offer Chinese-speaking service, and the breakfast includes Cantonese dishes that cater to Chinese tastes. However, I consistently noticed a smoky smell in the room.
