This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I highly recommend it. The entrance is grand and refined, giving a very impressive first impression with its high-quality appearance. The on-site restaurant has an elegant and comfortable ambiance, providing a pleasant dining experience. The accompanying gym is well-equipped, and the self-service laundry room is convenient, saving a lot of hassle during my stay – very practical. The room itself was a delightful surprise. All the facilities inside were brand new and in perfect condition, making them smooth and comfortable to use. The room featured an enormous floor-to-ceiling window, offering expansive and unobstructed views with excellent natural light. The scenery outside was beautiful, and relaxing by the window was incredibly enjoyable. Both the hardware and the environmental details were meticulously executed, offering outstanding value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to others.

The hotel is quite new, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Wang Ying and Xiao Xian at the front desk both speak Chinese and are very enthusiastic. I highly recommend staying here if you're on a business trip to Bắc Ninh.

The hotel arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and the driver spoke Chinese and was very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk was beautiful and also spoke Chinese! She even helped me order takeout, and her service was warm and friendly! The view from the floor-to-ceiling window was stunning and offered a wide panorama! The gym equipment was brand new, perfect for me! The room was spotless! I was surprised when the housekeeping staff greeted me in Chinese too! Excellent service, highly recommend! Highly recommend!
