second review here for the same hotel. staff are very kind and friendly, but large round bed took up too much space in the small room. too many ants crawling around. need to change to small bed and add a desk and chair instead.

Nhân viên lễ tân (tên Hơn thì phải) rất nhiệt tình, luôn cố gắng hỗ trợ tốt nhất có thể; cả quản lý cũng hỗ trợ chọn được phòng tốt hơn.
Điều đáng phàn nàn nhất là vấn đề dọn phòng giữa các ngày lưu trú. Dường như nhân viên chỉ lau sàn chứ không rửa lại bồn tắm hay bồn cầu, bồn rửa mặt. Ga giường hình như cũng không thay (vì thấy nhiều tóc bám trên đó).
Tiếp theo, là hệ thống thoát nước rất kém. Bồn rửa mặt bị tắc rất lâu trôi. Bồn tắm cũng thoát nước ra sàn chứ không có đường thoát nước trực tiếp xuống cống. Nên nước tắm cũng thường xuyên bị chảy vào sàn đến gần giường. Không có chỗ treo khăn tắm.
Mọi thứ còn lại đều ok.
