The room was very dirty, rusty, smelly, there was also mold in the shower area. The pipe in the washing sink was rusty and disgusting. Whole room was in poor condition, that is far away from 4 star hotel. In our reservation was breakfast included. First morning we asked receptionist where is the breakfast area and we were escorted there. At the end we have to pay 210 MXN for the breakfast (with discount) The waiter told us that this breakfast area is not part of the hotel (even this is the only breakfast area in the fenced hotel area). After that we decided to leave this disgusting hotel full of bacteria and made new reservation in another hotel. We wanted to make early checkout and pay only for 1 night. However we were told that we have to pay the full amount for all 3 nights.

La taza del baño estaba sucia cuando llegamos, la ventana estaba abierta y sin mosquitero eso hizo que la habitación estuviera llena de mosquitos, entran arañas, el aire acondicionado tenía una gotera de agua y la cama muy incómoda. No nos quisieron cambiar de habitación. El cuarto muy feo y obscuro.

Rentamos dos habitaciones..
Sin limpieza en uno de los cuartos (el día que hicimos check out nos avisaron que debimos haber dejado las llaves, pero nunca nos los dijeron en el check in)

Dispensador de shampoo roto
Hormigas en la cama
Baño sucio desde la entrega en ambos cuartos
Dejaron la puerta abierta en el que si hicieron la limpieza
Uno de los cuartos olía mucho a cigarro
La coladera de la regadera de uno de los cuartos estaba tapada y el agua no se iba
Detalles descuidados en ambos como la regadera o******, puertas despintadas, coladeras viejas, pintura salpicada, en las áreas comunes camas de playa en malas condiciones
