Nice room, clean. Had one on the lagoon with a small dock with lounge chairs, very nice. Pool and jacuzzi are nothing much and rarely used by anyone. Restaurant food is poor, and main concierge was useless.

Excelente lugar muy bonitas sus instalaciones, su acceso a Laguna, muy bien. Habitación Master Suite lagoon view, fue la que usé, y es muy amplia y cómoda. Tal vez cambiaría el tipo de almohada. restaurante muy lindo y rica la comida, solo muy poco variado el menú.

Un gran lugar para hosped****, la atención, los alimentos, el lugar está de primera. En todo momento están atentos a las necesidades que puedas tener, desde la recepción muy calida. No hay duda que regresaríamos de nuevo. Las habitaciónes que dan a la laguna son de lo mejor.

Très bel hôtel a l’entrée de la ville de Bacalar Nous avions une chambre avec vue lagune Les petits déjeuners pris sur place servis à l’assiette (mais un peu rationnés: ils vous demandent combien de tranche de pain vous voulez etc … mais au moins ça évite le gaspillage !) Les dîners très bons et avec du choix Notre chambre avec 2 lits doubles était très spacieuse La piscine est très agréable et l’accès à la lagune très facile et direct Kayak et paddle en libre service et gratuit Par contre il vous faudra la voiture pour vous déplacer en ville Par contre il n’y a rien aux alentours car l’accès à l’hôtel se fait par la route principale donc n’espérez pas vous balader le soir à pied autour il n’y a rien 😀

Très bel hôtel au bord de la lagune! Quel plaisir de pouvoir se baigner dans ces eaux chaudes et turquoises! Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Le cadre est superbe, la vue de la terrasse du restaurant pour prendre le petit déjeuner est magnifique. A l'arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueilli par Alexander qui n'hésitera pas à vous donner toutes les informations dont vous avez besoin. Kayak à disposition, très sympa à faire!! A 5 min en voiture de Bacalar. Petit bémol, bruit de voiture, route à proximité mais non gênant pour dormir. Aurélie

Un lieu magique ! L’hôtel est sublime et pourtant rien ne se voit de l’extérieur. L’hôtel donne directement sur la lagune qui est d’un bleu magnifique. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Je vous recommande le massage avec Pablo qui est un moment hors du temps. Sandra, Claudia et Laura
