El lugar está bien algo sencillo nada de elegante los baños pueden estar mejor no tenían agua caliente las personas que están en este lugar atendiendo son atentas y amables. Yo hice reservación directamente con ellos por 2 noches el día que yo tenía que llegar el miércoles no pude llegar el vuelo se retrasó y les estuve llamando al número que aparece para Buena Vista nunca contestaban y mandé correo electrónico para avisarles para habersi me podían hacer el cambio que fueran jueves u viernes en vez de miércoles y jueves. Cuando llegue al hotel el jueves en la mañana les di mi información y el número de reservación y hablaron por tel con la persona encargada y ella decía que ocupaba un recibo enseñando que pague yo les dice que era la reservación en eso llegó una joven muy hable y les decía por tel que con el número de reservación deberían sacar la información, tuve que sacar la información dela cuenta de mi banco para enseñar mi recibo esto si es mal servicio estuve más de 1 hora tratando de arreglar esto por fin les pregunté dela noche que si podían cambiar la noche y me dijeron que no tenían noches disponibles esto me dijo la muchacha por tel. Y la muchacha que estaba en el lugar se sacó de onda porque si tenían noches yo cheque con expidia y su página de hotel y si tenían y le comenté ala chava que estaba ahí y me dijo que les hiba llamar y me dejaba saber. La siguiente mañana le pregunté si había checado y me dijo que si que l dijeron que ya habían hablado conmigo y siquiera quedarme otra noche tenía que pagar que hiciera la reservación ni sit e dijeron te damos el cuarto un poco más barato o si te podemos hacer las acomodaciones yo entiendo sino túbieran cuartos disponibles yo pienso que esto es mal servicio al cliente y es por eso que no me quede otra noche preferí pagarle a otro hotel. Como digo no son los trabajadores de ahí sino los ejecutivos yo no puedo recomendar a nadie por esta razón parece que no les importan los clientes solo agarrar el dinero. Regreso en Marzo pero me quedaré en la Aldea Elvira.
