Bacang Hotels with Airport pickup service

The light switch placed closed the bed.. the washbasin and shower are adjacent, not suitable for small children and elderly who can be stung.. the room is spacious, but the design of the room is amburadul..

The staff are friendly, parking is also easy, but the cleanliness of the toilets in the rooms can still be improved...

It was a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us a lot. The hotel environment and scenery are also good. It's a nice accommodation experience, staff are all friendly and helpful, offered lots of help for us. The environment and view of the hotel is also nice.

Fox harris hotel in Pangkalpinang, Bangka Island, Babel Formerly named Sahid hotel, I stayed quite often at this hotel before covid virus pandemic started ... Since covid virus pandemic, this is the first time I stayed at this hotel couple days ago. Unfortunately, I found some cases distubing my feeling, such as : several lights in the room didn't work (dead maybe ...), bad smell at the pillow's sheet/cover, so maybe they didn't changes the sheets regurally as it suppose be ..., specially 3-4 star hotel level ...

Overall good value for money, worth recommending

The location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me. Thank you

What a good place to stay! Clean and big room with a lovely balcony. All the staff at the hotel are really nice, big appreciation to duo Ryan and Yogi at the resto who always understand our needs. Special thanks to Ms Triayu in the front desk who introduce me to myvalue application so I don’t lost my point during my stay at Santika.
