Four-star according to the review I saw online. Zero star would be much closer to actual. Only twin rooms were available the night of my stay. Online photos do not represent the actual room. Reception closed for the evening at about 9 pm after saying she hoped someone would go to my room about my request for working air conditioning. Room 17 stunk of what I thought was unclean heating/cooling equipment and ducts. The ceiling air conditioner pumped out minimally and did not cool the air beyond 23 degrees or so. The room’s bad smell was worse with the air conditioner turned on. Windows in 17 faced west into the searing July afternoon and evening sun. WiFi was supplied by hot spot and went off every 20 minutes or so. The TV screen was about 18” diagonally. Refrigerator was unplugged/door open. Room carpet badly needed cleaning. The restaurant host told me there was no table available for me at dinner. Room service delivered room temperature borsht / chorba / shorba. At breakfast the next morning, it took considerable and repeated coaxing/asking/insisting to get a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee with milk. A group of four male buffet attendants chatted in a corner while guests wandered the room looking for breakfast plates, knives, forks, juice and so on. Overall a horrible hotel experience. This operation is much better meant for local weddings and other events and is not a place that knows how to or is willing to provide a good overnight guest experience.

Among all 4* hotels during a one month travel in Romenia, this place has for me the worse ratio quality / price. In our room, the air condition was out of order : it was awfully hot in the room (when we complained they could not fix it and gave just a fan while it was more than 35 degrees inside !!!. Furthermore when we wanted to take a shower there was no hot water ; we had to complain again and they repair and we got hot water only an hour after. Our room was above the open air restaurant of the hotel ; it was very noisy late and we could not sleep because of the temperature and the noise. The room was quite small ... It is not a clean hotel : when we had breakfast I found hairs in my fried eggs !!!! Staff was not smiling and welcoming ...

We did with family and fends. Place is very nice, staff welcoming and pleasant , We did have a evening meal and drinks. . Very nice location , and very popular, you need to check in advance for table, if you have large groops
