Hotel Helen - one of the worst hotel service we ever had!!! Don't believe any reviews you read about this helen hotel, it must be paid ones. This helen hotel got a superb score in *********** - do t fall for it!!! We arrived with the family for ancestry trip, we got to the hotel no hot water for my mom, our kids as well, no air conditioning When we called the reception you want to know what was the answer? "Open your window...sorry" very bad service, never heard such an answer from an hotel receptionist.28 degrees in the room. Unbelievable!!! We will never go back there and I strongly recommend you pass.

Il miglior hotel della zona. Un po' "old fashion", ma con camere e servizio all'altezza...Unico neo la colazione: un po' povera... Il ristorante offre piatti della cucina locale ed il livello è notevole.
