I was trying to book Ong Bun Pension House IloIlo because I needed a place to stay in IloIlo City for Dinagyang Festival. But I accidentally booked this Hotel since this Ong Bun Pension House Bacolod KEEPS ON SHOWING when I try to search for a place to stay. I was trying to cancel this booking because this was clearly a mistake, but I could not cancel it on trip.com, also I tried to call the hotel and ask for cancellation and a refund but told me that I was the one who can cancel the booking but to no avail. l did not use this booking, I did not go to their place, I did not use their service but I paid for it. This should be refundable!
