Flush water smelled bad (I stayed in other hotels where they recycled water to be flush water and it never smelled like that) Mosquitoes in the room and the cafe. Good thing is that there were no service charge when I ordered room service or when I dined in the cafe. The hotel check in was fast I didn’t have cash for deposit so they allowed that but I couldn’t charge to room, either pay by card or cash. There was no problem with paying with cc for room service or in the cafe. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hidden so make sure to pay attention to the signs.

Booked this for family for an event nearby. Nice and clean hotel...

Staff are amazing..all friendly and accommodating..Room rates are pricey though

This was a nice place to stay at in this area. Very happy and accommodating staff. Though the interior is too dark and needs a but of percussion like carpets or drapes because the walls are too thin you can literally hear the other room guests.

OK, according to the budget, it's just that housekeeping is too noisy outside...it's working on debugging In the morning I heard noise from them The room is not airtight Housekeeping should be trained not to talk in areas around the hallway and when cleaning other rooms to move more slowly

i had the pleasure to get invited for a talk in this hotel a few days ago. i was glad i accepted. i was told this boutique hotel is relatively new. it started operating a couple of years ago and everything looked clean and smelled fresh. the audio system in our function hall sounded full and crisp. the wait staff was polite and attentive. the wifi connection was stable and speedy. and the food - i love the flavors of their meals. this hotel is very promising. if it weren't for the loooong wait i had to endure for a simple car pass, i would have given this hotel a higher score.
