Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und lecker. Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit unserem zweijährigen Sohn da und das Quensize Bett war groß genug damit wir alle drei bequem Platz hatten. Absolut Empfehlungswert! 😊

Nice staff, good breakfast and ok pool. They mismanaged (“hey we have extra money due technical incomptence, let’s not try to find where it should be placed and annoy a guest”) our pre-payment trough ******* which took a long time to rectify, beds are dry hard, parking was horrible (very busy).

Wir waren wiederholt in diesem wunderbaren Hotel zu Gast. Begrüßung herzlich und kompetent. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück erfüllt alle Wünsche in Buffetform. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Buffet am Abend. Der Wellnessbereich ist zum, abchillen sehr gut geeignet. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

This was my second stay here, and it was just as excellent as the 1st time. Great staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms for business travel. Great food and proper breakfast. Wonderful spa. There are other options to choose from in this area, but I would happily stay again.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con mia mamma durante un viaggio di gruppo per i mercatini di Natale. Devo dire che siamo rimaste molto colpite dalla struttura: camera spaziose e molto calde. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata, così come la cena a buffet ottima: abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare piatti tipici della tradizione tedesca e non. Mi sento di consigliare questo hotel

Das Gute zuerst: Frühstück geht auch vor dem offiziellen Beginn.
Ansonsten ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Duschvorhang finde ich im Hotel nicht hygienisch, leider nur ein Minikissen und kein Ersatz im Zimmer. Kühlschrank im Zimmer - top! Kühlte aber nicht :-( ....

The area is lovely but my room was not lovely. The floor made me feel Like I should leave my shoes on but it was the bathroom that makes me nauseous. There were many hairs in the bathroom and shower, but I rinsed them off the walls and took one of the neatly folded towel to dry off, after I was using the towel I noticed that there was bright red blood on it. Not old and as though it was washed and rewashed. I took the offensive towel to the receptionist and asked to speak to the manager. There was no one who will speak to me, and all the receptionist kept saying was would you like a new towel as she took the disgusting towel out of my hand. We slept with out clothes on. Will not ever recommend this place.
