Quite location. Beautiful nature around. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Friendly stuff. Vulkaneifel Therme are at 5 min walking distance. The best option to book the hotel is via the hotel site e-mail directly or phone and to give all your details as arrival time and board preferences. Breakfast is included. For tourists who prefer hiking, spa , nature and relaxation, this is a nice place to stay. It is handy to know that the dinner in hotel is very good quality but the restaurant is closed one evening per week. There are some places to have dinner around. Better to check availability in advance.

Wir haben in einem anderen Hotel in Bad Bertrich gewohnt und nur das Hotelrestaurant genutzt. Hier war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Wir saßen im Wintergarten. Den könnte man noch etwas gemütlicher gestalten. Was aus der Küche kam sah gut aus, war von der Menge ausreichend (für meine Frau schon zu viel) und sehr schmackhaft. Leckere Moselweine rundeten einen schönen Abend ab.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Bedienung nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Die Kuchen waren hervorragend.
