Mein 2. Aufenthalt innerhalb 1 Jahres. Wundervoll und komplett. Tolles Frühstück mit Extra-Ayurvedischen Gerichten. Abendmenü inklusiver Abfrage der möglichen Unverträglichkeiten und Extra-Wünschen, so zuvorkommend habe ich das noch nicht erlebt! Toller Service, super Gerichte, super Geschmack! No-Cof-Caffe. Hafermilch. Vegetarisch/Vegan möglich. Superleckere Torten/Kuchen. Wellnessbereich schön, sauber, ruhig und nicht überlaufen. Anwendungen waren kurzfristig (1Tag vorher) nicht mehr zu frei, zeugt von einer guten Annahme und Qualität der Gäste. Zimmer war sehr schön, im Blick zum Park & Schlosscafe. Den Abend im Bett bei geöffneter Balkontüre und Vogelkonzert beglietet von Grillen - herrlich. Service jederzeit zuvorkommend und freundlich. Abendmenü bekommt einen kleinen Abstrich - Start ist für alle Gäste ab 19:30, hatte etwas von Massenabfertigung, weil sehr viel los war auf der Fläche zur gleichen Zeit. Rundum geglückter Kurzaufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

We arrived as a couple on Friday evening and were called on the way there to ask where we were staying as dinner was already in full swing! As it is called Kunzmann's Spa Hotel, I find it incomprehensible that there is only a fixed time for the evening meal. In this category of hotel it is a given that you can come to the evening meal at a variable time between 6 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. - which is not the case here! The friendliness of the staff leaves plenty of room for improvement...we were particularly annoyed by the rejection from the deputy restaurant manager when we asked if we could have a juice instead of champagne as a welcome drink...we never do that!!!! This kind of tone is completely unacceptable for a star and spa hotel!!! The manager of the hotel should really think about whether he wants to be a conference hotel without service and commi**ent or a spa hotel that wants to see its guests again! Another point of criticism is the outdoor sauna...on the hotel's website it is superbly presented with a garden and natural light...in reality it is a backyard sauna in the basement with absolutely no nice view!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at Kunzmanns Hotel again, and it was simply fantastic. All the staff take great care of the guests' well-being and made me feel very welcome again. The furnishings in my room were great, comfortable and well-kept, and the location by the spa park offered a great view. The wellness area has also been improved with new, comfortable lounge chairs, although more outdoor space and a plunge pool in the sauna area could offer even more wellness options. I am excited to see what guests can expect on their next visit. The highlight of my stay was the Ayurveda trea**ent. Under the expert guidance of the Ayurveda therapists, I experienced a holistic renewal of body, mind and soul. The trea**ents were great and incredibly relaxing. I was particularly impressed by the individual care and advice I received during my trea**ent. The therapists responded to my personal needs and gave me a great experience. We spent a wellness weekend as friends at Kunzmanns and we felt at home from the very first second. The hotel is beautiful and everything fits together very well. But above all, the service is amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The dinner and breakfast are excellent. The 4-course menu is incredibly delicious and varied. The plates looked so great! The breakfast is also very good and regional. The spa trea**ents were also heavenly. The wellness area is cozy and well furnished. There is a Finnish and a bio sauna, an infrared cabin and a steam bath. The pool is also good. Absolutely sufficient for a weekend and very nice. What else I noticed: everything is very, very, very clean. No dirty corners at all, a lot of emphasis is placed on order and cleanliness, I really enjoyed that. We will definitely be back! Nahe bei Bad Kissingen findet man in dem kleinen ÖrtchenBad Bocklet ein modernes 4 Sterne Komfort- und Wellnesshotel das diesen Namen mit Recht tragen darf. Hübsches und ansprechendes Ambiente, sehr freundlicher Service und eine Wellnessabteilung mit Schwimmbad und einer tollen Saunalandschaft. Hübsche sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Highlight aber war die Ayurveda Therapie auf dem Niveau wie wir es auch aus Sri Lanka kennen. Höchste Qualität der Anwendungen . Bei der Küche würden wir uns bei den Ayurveda Menüs mehr Abwechslung in der Geschmacksvielfalt wünschen.

Das Personal, insbesondere im Gregors war unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, überall findet sich Liebe zum Detail. Ein top geführtes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Lediglich der morgendliche Kaffee passte qualitativ nicht zum hervorragendem Frühstücksangebot.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Eine gute Atmosphäre, das Hotel ist familiengeführt und die Gäste und das Personal fühlen sich offensichtlich wohl. Der SPA- Bereich, wie auch die Zimmer waren tip-top sauber. Das Hotel samt Zimmer und SPA haben ein geschmackvolles Ambiente. Unsere Anwendungen wurden von qualifiziertem Personal ausgeführt, auch hier eine zugewandt Freundlichkeit. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker und ausgewogen , außerdem kann man gut vegetarisch und vegan essen.
