Es war wieder wunderschön und erholsam. Sehr freundliches Personal, Thermalwasser, Sauna im Haus. Naturteich im Garten, Liegewiese. Medizinischer Bereich, grosser kosmetischer Bereich. Das Essen ist absolut gut zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und schmeckt hervorragend. Empfehlenswert - auch wenn das Haus nicht mehr ganz "taufrisch" ist. Es wird jedoch laufend modernisiert.

Excellente Küche, freundlicher Empfang, Ober und Bedienung. Guter Spa-Bereich und Fitness zimmer, die Geräte könnten besser gewartet sein, hier und da einen Tropfen Öl. Einige Türen u. Fenster sind renovierungsbedürftig, Tischdekor in Lokal etwas spießig. Reinigungsteam pünktlich und sauber.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal im Hotel Mürz, da es uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Service im Zimmer wie auch an der Rezeption und im Speisesaal ist richtig gut. Sehr höflich und zuvor kommend . Essen Ausgezeichnet. Ein Dank an das Personal der Abt. für die physikalischen Anwendungen und die Massagen. Das SPA mit Saunen, Whirlpool und Ruheräume laden zum Entspannen ein Es liegt sehr zentral und nicht weit von den Thermen entfernt. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren wieder rundherum zufrieden

Ich hatte es bereits genannt, daß der Teppichboden in meinem Zimmer sehr fleckig war. Das gibt leider für mich den Ausschlag dieses Hotel erst und nur nach einer Zimmerrenovierung wieder zu besuchen.

Das Erdgeschoss inkl Speisesaal sehen top aus, im 1. Stock sind die Teppichleisten abgerissen, das Zimmer inkl Bad so klein wie eine Schuhschachtel, das Bett erinnert an IKEA. Der Minibarkühlschrank stand frei, das Regal, wo wohl ursprünglich mal eine Minibar war, zierte ein verbeulter Abfalleimer und liess den Blicken auf die dahinterliegende unschöne Wand, freie Bahn. Das Holz am Balkon marode, ich habe mir gleich einen Spreisel eingezogen. Der Spa-Bereich war ausreichend und sauber, halt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Leider sind die Sonnenliegen im Schattenbereich plaziert, so dass man die ersten sonnigen Tage dort nicht genießen konnte. Während des 4 Gänge- Abendessens hatte man das Gefühl, dass das Personal die 4 Gänge so schnell wie möglich durchschleusen wollte, innerhalb von max 30 min war man mit allem fertig. Zum nachmittäglichen Kuchenbuffett sollte es ein Heissgtränk gratis geben, wir, und auch andere Reisende, fanden es auf der Abschlussrechnung zur Bezahlung wieder. Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch gab es am Ostersonntag nicht mal ein " Frohe Ostern ". Manchen Gästen wurde das Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht, manchen nicht. Für uns ist dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall mehr eine Option, wenn auch die Lage ruhig und doch zentral ist. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal hier und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alle sind sehr freundlich und herzlich und tun alles, um den Aufenthalt so schön wie nur möglich zu machen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als reichhaltig, das Menü beim Abendessen, bei dem man zwischen verschiedenen Varianten wählen kann, lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr nettes Personal. Hervorragendes Essen. Einfach ein Hotel zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr hübsch und es ist für alles gesorgt. Die Angebot für Anwendungen ist umfassend und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel Mürz auf Wellnessurlaub. Es ist ein etwas kleinerer Wellnessbereich, aber sehr schön. Alle Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Kellner, Putzfrauen, Hausmeister) waren sehr freundlich und kompetent wenn man diverse Fragen hattet. Unser Zimmer war seitlich hinten, zwar nicht sehr groß aber toll eingeteilt und sehr sauber. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
