J'avais réservé une suite pour 10 nuits, mais ai dû être hospitalisé la veille de mon arrivée sans pouvoir prévenir l'hôtelier. Celui-ci, qui était en droit de me facturer la totalité du séjour (1.500 € environ), ne m'a réclamé que deux nuitées d'une chambre standard (170 €). Quelle élégance ! Quelle classe !

Eigentlich müsste ich 4 Sterne vergeben aber die Hochpreispolitik des Hauses verhagelt dieses. Ansonsten ordentliches und sauberes Hotel mit netten Personal. Rustikale aber Schicke Einrichtung. Leckere Küche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche leiden unter Abnutzungserscheinungen.

Wir sind immer wieder im Lamm in Rotensol, um dort die regional und doch hochklassige Küche in einer stimmigen Atmosphäre zu genießen. Wir waren vom Essen noch nie enttäuscht, würden uns allerdings, was die Auswahl der offenen Weine anbelangt, eine größere Vielfalt wünschen. An Flaschenweinen gibt es selbstverständlich eine große Auswahl. Für uns ist das Lamm das Restaurant im Albtal, in das wir immer wieder mit großem Genuss einkehren können, auch ohne unsere finaziellen Mtte überansprüchen zu müssen.

Sehr schöne Terasse, aber beim Essen stimmt das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis leider nicht. Bei knappen 30€ pro Hauptgang erwarte ich eine deutlich überdurchschnittliche Qualität, Essen aber leider eher mittelmäßig. "Räucherspezialitäten mit Melone" als Vorspeise entpuppte sich als platte mit 2 arten schwarzwälder schinken und ca. 1 El Melone. Zu reinem Schinken als Vorspeise würde zumindest etwas Brot o.ä. gehören... Für den halben Preis wäre es ein gutes Restaurant, so leider überteuert.

Das Hotel hat zu Recht den Schlemmer und schlummeraward 2020 bekommen, super schoen Zimmer, totale Ruhe, exzellente Kueche und Pferde, Rinder fuer die Kleinen, Dobel zum Schlittenfahren nur 10 Minuten entfernt, perfekt !
