One of the BEST hospitality and warmth you get.... Location is great, rooms are nice bit cozy. But what tops is PEOPLE..... They literally take care of and for you.... Especially the manager Ms Maria, what a great Human being. If you have any (literally) issue, they have a solution for it. Enjoined my business stay there.... Шикарный отель в парковой зоне. Чисто,уютно,тихо. Прекрасный завтрак,большой выбор блюд на любой вкус. Идеально чистое постельное бельё и полотенца,средства гигиены,фен. Так же в номере есть холодильник и сейф. Есть смарт ТВ. Если вы хотите тишины и спокойствия,то выбирайте этот отель. Мы обязательно ещё сюда вернёмся.

Friendly owner who greeted us and knew we were coming. Room had two single beds that did not quite meet (wood frame between the mattresses) but they were comfortable. Room had good space and a large desk, everything was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was reasonably sized and had basic liquid soap/shampoo in one. Breakfast was a bit small in variety but there was enough to eat and worth 6 Euros each. Basic coffee but not the espresso drinks. Eggs – fried, scrambled, boiled were made to order. Basic meat and cheese and fruit. Buns were warm and good. Parking worked well off the street. Some street noise and church bells in the evening and morning, but no issue. Nothing special but fine for the standard price of 100 Euros. Recommended (by owner) pizza place down the road was good. Clientele included a bunch of workers who were obviously working away from home and they seemed to be both happy and well natured. No kettles or coffee in room but staff were helpful in getting hot water for tea in the evening.

I was here for the 4th or 5th time. Rooms very warm. Beds good! Reception often not occupied; if someone is there, the person often calls longer, without anyone means she has perceived one and will soon be there for the customer. For the second time in 2 years, this hotel was in 26.09. A fire alarm was fired out of bed at 6 a.m. This is how we were in the sleep suit half an hour before the hotel in the cold. While last year I thought it was a exercise at the same incident, a fireman this time spoke of technical problems and water vapour in the 4th floor. After the fire alarm I needed a new room card - clear because we were all out - and the lady at the reception presented me a invalid room card twice a row, so I totalled 3 floors walking 3 times a row he had to run up - and again, since the lifts were, of course, completely overfyld after the fire alarm and I had been waiting there for 10 minutes. There was no excuse from the lady's sides at the reception, no smile, nothing. Instead, I was blamed for not having come from the staircase with my card. That's something that has not happened to me in 31 years of business trips. I think there should be something structurally changed.

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

No disposable items, very environmentally friendly. The hotel is very quiet, no noise. It's very close to the entrance and exit of Platform 1 of the train station, and it's nice not to have to pass through streets with drunkards and smokers. The breakfast is quite good. Although the variety is not particularly rich, the taste is very good and everything is available. Several dishes are changed every morning. It is highly recommended and will come again next time~

Work always takes you up to interesting destinations and this time around it was Germany. It seemed like a great stay next to the backyard river with a jogging and cycling track thrown in, had a wonderful time at this great small property with a mini gym and breakfast buffet thrown in. A special mention for the wonderful staff specially Violetta'bajraja' ( I hope I remember her name correctly)at the check in desk which welcomes everyone around with a smile and is always willing to walk the extra mile for the guests, all in all a good property with big rooms and comfortable stay, I wish all it's members a very best for the future endeavours cheers!

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I was impressed! The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the underground station. A trip to Frankfurt Airport costs only €6 or €8 per way, and the hotel is a few meters from the station. The area is surrounded by plenty of fast food spots and shops, making it a super convenient and strategic location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is always smiling and eager to help. While breakfast was decent, there’s definitely room for improvement. Overall, it's excellent value for money, especially if you’re looking to spend a couple of nights away from Frankfurt’s busy center. Plus, you can easily get to downtown Frankfurt in no time using the underground.
