前台服務員相當傲慢，房間毫無特色，性價比太低，同街道德國酒店價格一半，攜程合作酒店水分太大……早餐30歐元/人，食物很少！入住晚上20:00，退房時間12點，12點後不給開房間，有點不近人情。

Tolles Hotel, große Zimmer, hatte Kurpark Blick, Sauna top… sollte bisschen mehr in Instandhaltung investieren. Restaurant war recht teuer.
