Also, I suggest the Junior Suite Room #306 because it has a corner balcony. Just a few steps away from the pedestrian shopping street in Bad Homburg. About a 10 minute walk from the bahnhof.

One of the BEST hospitality and warmth you get.... Location is great, rooms are nice bit cozy. But what tops is PEOPLE..... They literally take care of and for you.... Especially the manager Ms Maria, what a great Human being. If you have any (literally) issue, they have a solution for it. Enjoined my business stay there.... Check in uncomplicated. Reception not occupied. Key in the box. We had rooms in the backroom. No lift. Rooms with small flat. Bath clean. Deposit area available. Rooms outside, therefore very quiet. Parking possibility at/ behind the house. Breakfast in the main house. Sufficient selection available. Versch. Juices, coffee selection (to be brought to the table), teas, bread and breads (evidently from bakery, no backbroads), div. sauce and cheese, rhein, musliregel, div. salads and vegetables, div. Marmelade, musliregel, cakes/waffles, Croissant ...apart from that the room is a little tightly occupied, we couldn't make it over breakfast. Also there are 2.3 daily newspapers. Very friendly staff!

The environment is the price, and the park opposite adds value to the hotel. Am Rande von Kurpark und Fußgängerzone gelegen. Parkhaus für 10€/24 Std. an der Rezeption mitzahlen, dann gilt der günstige Tarif. Man kommt mit dem Aufzug vom Parkhaus direkt in die Lobby. Check in. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer (comfort) auf der 3. Etage sehr gross. Viel Ablagefläche. Bad könnte einen Ticken grösser sein, aber ok. Ebenerdige Dusche und grosser Waschtisch. Kleiner Heizkörper darunter, so kann man in der kalten Jahreszeit auch das Bad schön heizen. Es gibt Seife, Shampoo und Duschlotion in Kleinstpackung. Das Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber, ABER, jetzt kommt das Aber. Die Zimmer könnten einen freundlicheren Anstrich vertragen. Und es liegt im Flur und auf den Zimmern noch Teppich. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten gab es noch einen Sessel mit Fußhocker, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen kleinen Tisch mit Stuhl. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon, aber das Fenster ließ sich komplett öffnen. Mit Blick zum Park. Blickdichter Vorhang. Im Eingangsbereich und in den Aufzügen müsste dringend mal Hand angelegt werden. Teppiche ausgefranst und mittlerweile sieht man die jahrelange Nutzung. Leider war die Bar geschlossen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet. Frühstück aktuell von 6.30-10.30. Morgens ganz früh die schönste Ruhe. Ich zähle jetzt nicht alles auf, aber muss sagen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Klar, könnte die Auswahl immer etwas mehr sein, aber es gab für alle was. Kaffee wird in einer Kanne am Tisch serviert. Man kann sich aber auch Espresso usw. bestellen. Auch bei den Eiern, Rühr und gekochtes am Buffet, auf Wunsch gibt es aber auch Spiegelei. Es gibt für jeden Gast eigenes Vorlagebesteck (wird aber irgendwie kaum genutzt) Das Personal sehr freundlich. Jeder Tisch wurde vor dem nächsten Gast desinfiziert. Vor Zutritt wird der Test/Impfstatus geprüft. Normalerweise macht die Rezeption einen Hinweis auf die Mappe mit den Zimmerkarten, dann muss man nur diese vorzeigen. War bei uns vergessen worden. Pool/Sauna muss zur Zeit vorreserviert werden. Es gibt stündliche Zeitfenster. Wir waren dann für eine Stunde alleine im Pool. Klein, aber fein. Temperatur ok. Es gibt extra Handtücher im Pool/Saunabereich. Auch wenn etwas altbacken von der Einrichtung her, hat uns die Lage überzeugt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Friendly owner who greeted us and knew we were coming. Room had two single beds that did not quite meet (wood frame between the mattresses) but they were comfortable. Room had good space and a large desk, everything was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was reasonably sized and had basic liquid soap/shampoo in one. Breakfast was a bit small in variety but there was enough to eat and worth 6 Euros each. Basic coffee but not the espresso drinks. Eggs – fried, scrambled, boiled were made to order. Basic meat and cheese and fruit. Buns were warm and good. Parking worked well off the street. Some street noise and church bells in the evening and morning, but no issue. Nothing special but fine for the standard price of 100 Euros. Recommended (by owner) pizza place down the road was good. Clientele included a bunch of workers who were obviously working away from home and they seemed to be both happy and well natured. No kettles or coffee in room but staff were helpful in getting hot water for tea in the evening.

Stayed there for one night only but were not disappointed despite uncertaincy due to close proximity to train station. The hotel is directly beside the station which made us worry about the night. But to our highest relief we did not hear a single thing, although our room was facing the station right away. Nothing to hear at all. Brilliant windows! Room small but clean, all you needed there. Ideal situation for example for Frankfurt fair stay, within 20 minutes by train in Frankfurt, as well convenient to the airport or something like this. Few restaurants around the corner. All in all much better than anticipated and statements on the website are correct. Breakfast menu however was sp**** but that was foreseable.

Bad homburg is a rich area, many roads are blocked at night (according to the driver to prevent noisy local residents) The hotel in the forest, the first day the plane was late, arrived almost 12 o'clock in the evening, navigation many roads are closed, And finally, after walking a midnight forest alley, taxi drivers were a little scared, The front desk of the hotel has been off work at 9:30. You have to check in on a self-check in machine at the front door. Trip.com booking code is invalid. 23:47 Call the contact number above the self-check in. Give a four-digit reservation code, you can vomit a door card and live in. Next door is a horse ranch, occasionally on the road, people riding horses on the forest path, it feels like a fairy tale The front desk lady was very friendly in her 40s, stayed for two days, breakfast was a uncle who didn't smile at all (seems to be completely unable to speak English), and the other day was a girl around 20 (English is not very good but very cute)
