ich war zum 2ten mal hier und der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. Es ist einfach sehr schön, toller Service mit super Essen. Eine Wohlfühloase!!!! Ich habe mit meinen Mitreisenden jede Minute in diesem schönen und komfortablen Hotel genossen.

2 nuits réservées dans ce bel hôtel très bien tenu, confortable et calme. Je n’ai pas profité de tout ce qu’il offre puisque c’est avant tout sa situation géographique et son côté pratique pour se rendre au salon « Abenteur & Allrad ». Petit déjeuner fabuleux.
Sérénité absolue. Il semble qu’être français et non-curiste soit « remarquable » pour certains hôtes …

Nach einem zügigen check in - bei dem allerdings versäumt wurde, sich unseren Impfstatus nachweisen zu lassen- wollte man uns mit einem nicht klimatisierten, extrem kleinen Zimmer im Altbau abspeisen.
Zum Glück war dort ein Eckventil im Bad defekt, Wasser trat aus.
Nach unnötig langem Hin-und-her gab man uns dann ein sehr schönes, klimatisiertes Zimmer im Neubau, was so auch unserer Buchung entsprach.
Schade eigentlich, warum nicht gleich.
Der Service am Abend im a`la card- Restaurant war sehr gut, di Speisen ok.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurde man satt, aber mehr auch nicht, also nichts Besonderes.
Der Service hier war bemüht, aber recht steif. Etwas mehr Herzlichkeit wäre nicht schlecht.

Das Hotel ist ca. 600m von Fußgängerzone, Promenade und Kurpark entfernt. Durch die Lage am Hang sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. Ersatzweise kann auch der vom Hotel angebotene Shuttelservice zur Fußgängerzone genutzt werden. Die Innenstadt bietet mit der Promenade viele Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
Es ist empfehlenswert immer die Karte(n) mit der Kurtaxe bei sich zuhaben, da manche Veranstaltungen damit bereits bezahlt sind.
Zur Anreise ist ein Navigationsgerät notwending, da die Einbahnstraßen und Verkehrberuhigungsmaßnahmen sehr anstrengend sind.

Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Es war St ein Tagungshotel, was sich an der Lautstärke beim Frühstück erkennen lässt und sich auf die Verfügbarkeit der Produkte beim Frühstücksbuffet niederschlägt. Die Auswahl ist ok, aber deutlich einfach gestaltet. Für den Zimmerpreis ist das aber durchaus angemessen. Das Einzelzimmer war ansprechend gestaltet, die Qualität der Matratze unterdurchschnittlich. Leider wurde fast unter meinem Fenster am Morgen angeliefert, was mich nachhaltig wach gemacht hat.

Super nettes Personal, Essen hervorragend und super Spa-Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wir möchten besonders hervorheben, dass das Personal unseren Aufenthalt unglaublich angenehm gemacht hat. Bad Kissingen ist ein Traum.
