The location of the hotel is great, right next to the ski slope, summer toboggan run and thermal baths. Rooms are clean and modern. The breakfast buffet offers something for every taste. Many restaurants in the area. Excursions are available and are also offered by the hotel.

The location in Bad Kleinkirchheim is great. Right next to the Roman baths, next to the gondola and slopes. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms and entire hotel very clean.

The hotel is OK, the staff are very friendly except for one lady...this lady should be removed; unfriendly and rude...was in the service in the morning. We don't expect much, but politeness. We will definitely come back.
One member of staff was particularly nice. Unfortunately I can't remember her name.

We were here out of season for hiking. The hotel is great, everything is new, everyone is super friendly and breakfast is good. It can get really busy in the morning, but it worked out well. The sauna is great, there are enough parking spaces, the balcony is also very nice and the rooms are clean and big
