Das Hotel bietet eine erstklassige Unterkunft für Reisende aller Art. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Service ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar waren.
Ein Unterkunft mit exzellentem Service!!! Ich werde auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen !

Wir haben eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht und wollten im Spa entspannen. Der Spa Bereich ist toll, das Mauerwerk an manchen Stellen in die Jahre gekommen. Was aber sehr schade war, dass beide Whirlpools leer standen (nicht defekt). Vermutlich eine Art Sparmaßnahme. Sowie, dass die Bar im Spa Bereich nicht besetzt war, was jedoch überhaupt nicht schlimm war, da Getränke wie Tee und Kaffee ausreichend verfügbar waren.
Frühstück wundervoll und am Personal überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Bad Pyrmont an sich ist sehr klein aber auch hier lohnt es sich durch die Gassen zu schlendern.

Ausstattung mindestens 30 Jahre und runtergewirtschaftet
Service bemüht aber Betriebsblind
Hatte den Anschein von Hilflosigkeit
Von jedem MA andere Ausreden warum was nicht mehr funktioniert
Extrem unsaubere Nebenräume und Toiletten sowie schmutzige Flure
Schmutzige und durchlöcherte Gardinen
Tote Fliegen, Spinnen, etc.
Schwarzer schmieriger Rand im Pool
Whirlpools alle defekt
Haman ausgeschaltet
Auch wenn das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist - sauber muss ein gutes Hotel sein
Housekeeping völlig unfähig
Die Betten sehen besser aus wenn mein kleiner Sohn sie macht
Zimmerservice kommt wenn du grad unpässlich warst nie wieder und dein Zimmer bleibt wie es ist
Shuttle Service gibt es nicht
Massagetermine keine
Es tut einem so leid um das schöne Haus
Hier muss unbedingt etwas passieren ansonsten wird es irgendwann auch ein Lost Place wie schon so viele in diesem Ort

Uns hat das große saubere und ruhige Zimmer gefallen. Die Nähe zum Kurpark und Fußgängerzone hat schon was. Nach dem Frühstück über die Terrasse in den Park zu gehen war wunderbar. Über viele Kleinigkeiten in einem Hotel wo umbauarbeiten stattfinden sollte man hinwegsehen. Das Personal war nett und aufmerksam. Für uns bleibt das Hotel der langen Wege in guter Erinnerung. Wir kommen wieder.

Hotellet har haft en storhedstid, men er ikke blevet vedligeholdt. Personalet er på ingen måde med det man møder på andre Steigenberger hoteller.
Skal man se positivt på det er prisen overkommelig, men man skal ikke forvente et Steigenberger niveau.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war top. Besonders in den Kleinigkeiten hat sich das Hotel als großzügig erwiesen . Z.b. waren wir schon in sehr vielen Hotels, noch nie könnten wir morgens schon in die Sauna. Parken in der Tiefgarage war sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Essen erwartet man ja sowieso - war top.
