Personal möchte nicht Probleme von den Gästen klären. Man ruft an der Mann legt einfach auf. Schweine. Wir haben ein Haus gebucht und eine Person wurde krank. Wir haben erstmal versucht für ein anderes Datum einen Haus bekommen uns wurde nicht geholfen stattdessen haben wir eine Rechnung bekommen. Als ich angerufen habe wurde mir gesagt entweder wir müssen hin fahren oder bezahlen. Am nächsten Tag habe ich angerufen und gesagt das wir doch kommen werden. Das Haus ist schon belegt wurde mir gesagt und bezahlen müssen wir trotzen. Halbe Stunde später rufe ich an um dieses Problem zu klären , weil ich mit dem Chef reden wollte und der Mann hat aufgelegt.

Direkt am See. Haus mit eigener Sauna war super. Kaminofen machte eine schöne Wärme. Service war auch top. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich 900m entfernt. Mit der Kurkarte kann man kostenlos Busfahren (Zeiten sind allerdings bescheiden). Gerne wieder!

Ich war zwei Wochen beruflich in Bad Saarow und habe ein Apartment mit Waschmaschine gesucht. Das hat die Auswahl schon extrem eingeschränkt und so bin ich Schlosspark Bad Saarow gestoßen. Die Lage am See ist toll, leider hatte ich kein Haus mit direktem Seeblick. Die Einrichtung erinnert an ein IKEA Geschäft, ist eher einfach gehalten, dafür ist wirklich alles vorhanden, inklusive viel Platz. Zum Wohle der Gäste sollte man sich überlegen, ob die Betten und einfachen Matratzen wirklich angebracht sind oder eine kleine Investition nicht doch mehr Komfort insbesondere zum besseren schlafen beitragen würde.
