I stayed at this hotel due to work commitments in the area. The reservation was made for me… I had a busy week leading up to my arrival. We arrived at about 2245 after arriving at Berlin airport. When we arrived we were told the restaurant closed at 2100 and that there was no where open. We tried to find somewhere to get some food or have food delivered. There is nowhere close by. Dinner consisted of a bottle of water and packet of nuts as there was little else in the shop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks especially to Martin on the reception desk. The rooms were ok. There were no coffee or tea facilities and no kettle / fridge. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. I would warn anyone travelling here to arrive very early, bring a picnic or eat before you arrive. The esplanade round the corner had room service and would have been a better choice.

Das Essen war super. Leider sind die Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Für Familien sind die Zimmer etwas ungünstig da das Badezimmer direkt mit im Zimmer ist, was es sehr schwierig macht ungehindert auf die Toilette zu gehen, gerade Nachts, ohne jemanden zu wecken.
Das Spielzimmer ist toll, aber bei vielen Gästen etwas klein gerade bei schlechtem Wetter.
Ein Spielplatz am Hotel wäre schön.
Schöner Strand am Scharmützelsee klein aber völlig ausreichend.
Ich kann eine Fahrradtour sehr empfehlen, klasse ausgebaute Fahrradwege und viele Gelegenheiten zum Rast machen.
Die Therme ist eher was für schlecht Wetter Tage.
Wir würden wieder dort Urlaub machen

Dieses Hotel überzeugt in jeder Minute. Frisches Essen am Buffet, Freundlichkeit des gesamten Pesonals, Sauberkeit, Lage, Tolle Zimmer auch Handicap Zimmer, Hallenbad und beheiztes Freibad sowie mehrere Saunen. Also für jeden etwas dabei. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir waren schon das dritte Mal dort.

This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking
