We had booked a total of three rooms - all were large enough, the bathroom was clean and had a walkable shower. The staff was very nice and helped with a large family photo :-) And gnaz was especially good breakfast buffet, there were no wishes open.

We are more than excited. We had spent a family weekend in this hotel, the staff is very friendly and premature. After 100x requests were still very friendly and we liked to explain everything. We were provided without what we asked for a baby bed and a family room although we had not booked. That was so great. Restaurant at the hotel was super, very delicious and also because the staff were very friendly. We felt very well. The hotel also has a wellness area with sauna, steam bath and massages. Very beautiful and everything very clean. We would very much like to recommend the hotel and a great praise to the staff throughout the house.

This hotel is located in an industrial area with good bus connections.  Perfect as an overnight stay if you need an overnight stay on a longer trip.  Parking is free and there are plenty of places (not fenced parking). Breakfast costs extra, is an ok breakfast buffet with basic items but lacks that little something extra.  The service on site is good and the rooms are nice!  No safe/minbar/coffee maker in the room, but still a fresh hotel at a good price. No hotel that you stay in for a long time unless you have a reason to be here such as, for example, that you work with SAP.  You stay one night to go on a longer tour and don't have time for tourism. There is also two restaurants close to the hotel, one asian and one pizza/burger. Open late as well.

Wir durften 3 Übernachtungen in diesem extrem guten Hotel verbringen. In unserem Superior DZ, dem Restaurant mit seinen hervorragenden Speisen, dem Fitnessraum und dem Schwimmbad mit Sauna, war es ein leichtes sich wohl und gut versorgt zu fühlen. Wünsche wie z. B. Blumen und Frühstück auf Zimmer wurden gerne erfüllt. Wir gratulieren der Familie Menges zu einen hervorragenden Hotel und Restaurantbetrieb. Aber ganz besonders gratulieren, möchten wir Ihren zu Ihren sehr aufmerksamen, extrem freundlichen und jederzeit hilfsbereiten Angestellten!!! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder🙂

The hotel was very suitable as the starting point for excursions to Heidelberg, Mannheim and Speyer. Although the hotel is on the highway, no hears anything at closed windows. Parking is enough. The rooms are clean and rather simplely furnished, but absolutely enough if you need them only for the night. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and works quickly. The reception service was particularly exemplary: our wish to allow two children to stay in 2 extra beds, not on a sofa, was exemplary, expressed by email. The breakfast was very good, there was enough choice and was always filled. We would stay here again.
