Best Western Plus Kurhotel an der Obermaintherme

We have stayed at Hotel Bad Brambach several times as wellness guests and had always been satisfied, which made our most recent visit all the more disappointing. At check-in, I politely asked whether there was any possibility of bringing my almost 90-year-old mother into the spa for an additional fee, as this had apparently been possible in previous years. The response at reception was not only inconsistent, but above all exceptionally unfriendly. What shocked me most was the comment: “Then you are not the right fit for our hotel.” Such a tone toward long-standing guests is completely unacceptable in my view. The fact that another staff member explained the very next day that this service was in fact generally possible made the whole situation even more confusing and frustrating. The lack of service was one issue, but the disrespectful behavior at reception was the real problem. It is a great pity, because an experience like this overshadows the entire stay.

Everything was to the point. Great breakfast, friendly staff, very clean and great location. The ramp directly to the Obermain Thermen was a highlight. Happy to go again!

AMAZING GREAT AMAZING HOTEL. A bit pricey but for the comfort and location for spa it's GREAT! Breakfast buffet is the best one I have ever been to. They have everything you would want for breakfast. It also has the BEST times until 1100 weekdays and noon weekends. AMAZING. I highly recommend. The spa was NOT the best. To get drinks you either go to the restaurant or a small bar in spa area. The bar was the smallest I have ever seen and way too SMALL for the amount of visitors and the size of spa. It had a very SMALL pool to walk up too but it was always pretty full and DEFINITELY understaffed!

Excellence throughout. Highly enjoyable and recommended! One of the best hotels in Germany! Planning to return soon.
