衹能説這個酒店給我留下了“最深刻的印象”，沒有好好看評價就預訂了兩晚，它不是酒店，頂多是個旅館，沒有啥服務，都是靠自己，沒有空調，暖氣也壞了，全靠發抖取暖…總之很糟糕☹️我的房間也很小，衹有18平，頁面寫的24平，相差太大 各種不滿意，上一位評論説的特別對，夫妻店，態度蠻橫，説啥都沒用…

非常非常差的酒店！夫妻店！房間一股怪異的味道，破舊的傢俱，很舊的毛巾，浴簾幾乎掉了！暖氣時有時無，一家人全部凍病了！早餐品種很少，是我見過最少的！在攜程上已經交了房費，居然讓我再交一次，房費中明明含早餐，居然讓我交餐費！掙錢不眨眼的商家！然後還裝傻！最差評！1分都不想給！

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Flair Hotel Vierjahreszeiten in Bad Urach, weil uns schon beim letzten Mal das durchdachte Konzept dieses Hauses überzeugt hat. Mitten in der historischen Altstadt gelegen bietet es den idealen Startpunkt für das Kennlernen und Erleben der Schwäbischen Alb. Ruhige, freundliche Zimmer in einem geschichtsträchtigen Gebäude mit wunderbaren Service bieten Entschleunigung pur. Und wer noch nie die phantastische Küche des Hauses genossen hat, der hat in seinem Leben etwas verpasst. Saisonal, regional, frisch und ideenreich ( wer hatte schon jemals eingelegte Pastinake zum Schokoküchlein…) lässt sie das Genießerherz höher schlagen. Das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffett bietet einen guten Start in den Tag und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel und Restaurant der Familie Frank uneingeschränkt weiter und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.

Enttäuschung auf allen Ebenen - abgewohntes Zimmer, welches nicht einmal gesäubert wurde bei 2 Übernachtungen - mittelmäßiges Frühstück - null Service / Kundenorientierung des Hotelbetreibers - Dh ich hatte PCR Test am Vormittag der Anreise gemacht und konnte das (negative) Ergebniss beim einchecken nicht gleich vorweisen (dauert ca. 12-24 H) Der wollte mich nach Hause schicken und hat mir erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage antigen Test angeboten :( So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt bei mehr als 4000 Hotel Übernachtungen Na ja ist ja C Problem aber antigen test im hotel zu haben und das dem Gast nicht anzubieten Und nach Hause schicken wollen ist nicht mehr als 1 ⭐️wert zumal auch mein Kollege nicht mal nach Test oä gefragt wurde - ein Ausmaß der Inkonsequenz das ich nicht verstehen kann!!! Überdies hatte ich ich Mail vom Hotel dass 3g nicht notwendig ist !!!! Nie wieder das Hotel wenn geschäftlich in Bad Urach weil mir diese geistige unflexibilität und diese Form von „Kundenorientierung“ noch nie begegnet ist !!!

The property is a bit shabby. No parking on site. I had to call the number on the reservation to get into the hotel. No one was at reception when we arrived, only an envelope with my name on it taped on it. There was no WELCOME GIFT as was stated in the confirmation. We were awakened all night long with heavy trucks going by. At 7 am a construction company blasted noise waking us up. We finally me the staff at check out. Not impressed!! First bad experience using Orbitz.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in was a little different with the reception desk not available when we arrived. When the desk was available, the staff was very helpful!

Hotel céntrico, viejo, nunca reformado. Dos días antes de la estancia me informan de que no dan desayunos y que no abren el restaurante.
Tampoco está nadie en recepción y solo a petición expresa te limpian la habitación (antigua y sin reformar).
Precio elevado para el tipo de hotel y el servicio nulo que ofrecen.
Ponen como excus, la situación actual del Covid cuando el resto de hoteles de la misma población ofrecían todos los servicios.

We had a lovely stay while exploring the Bad Urach area. The staff were very nice and our family room was spacious with great bunk beds for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful space. The only downside was it was quite hot during our visit and the room didn't have good air circulation. A fan would have made this much more comfortable.

„Flair“ hatte unser Aufenthalt leider keinen, zumindest keinen positiven. Gebucht hatten wir bei Herrn Frank telefonisch, es sollten tolle Tage in einem tollen und großen Zimmer werden. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer was sich als „Ferienwohnung“ zum Wucherpreis entpuppte und aber am Telefon als Hotelzimmer verkauft wurde. Reinigung sollten wir extra bezahlen, das Frühstück war sehr karg und die Qualität ließ mehr als zu wünschen über. Für fast 200€ pro Nacht hatten wir auch beim Zimmer mehr erwartet, aus der Wand schauten Kabel, welche an ein Provisorium erinnerten, beim Lüften des Zimmers flogen große Wollmäuse unter dem Bett hervor und der Balkon war auch eher mit Möbeln vom Sperrmüll ausgestattet. Den Chef freundlich aber direkt darauf angesprochen, gab es sofort eine drohende Mail mit versteckten Extrakosten zurück. Hier wird abgezockt!!
