Top Lage, ausgezeichnete, vor allem BIO Speisen, frisch, große Auswahl. Nette Zimmer, zum Teil sehr schöner Blick und das Wichtigste: eine phantastische Anlage der Therme, zum Teil nur für Hotelgästecim separaten Bereich. Traumhaft schön. Sehr gerne wieder

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und die Therme ist sehr einfach über einen überdachten Zugang zu erreichen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen sehr schönen eigenen Wellnessbereich, über sehr schöne Zimmer und ein ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame und angenehme Tanzwoche hier verbracht und Werner und Anne haben uns mit viel Geduld und individueller Unterstützung neue Figuren beigebracht. Das Quellenhotel ist dafür sehr gut geeignet und bietet mit den Thermalbecken und Saunen einen guten Rahmen. Das Essen ist hervorragend, das Personal überall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind hier schon mehrfach bei Tanzwochen und kommen sicher wieder.

Das Quellenhotel war einmal ein tolles Hotel. Ruhig, steirisch, sehr sauber, großes Buffet, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, .... Leider hat sich das etwas geändert. Es ist immer noch ein gutes Hotel mit toller eigener Therme, aber: Die Preise sind stark angestiegen und gleichzeitig gibt es spürbare Reduktionen: Das Buffett ist kleiner, Wurst wird gestapelt und ist weniger liebevoll angerichtet, Selbstbedienung ist ausgebaut, die Zimmer sind staubiger (Kasten), sogar Silberfischerl gab es ers**alig am WC; Ich bin so stark enttäuscht; ich werde es nochmals versuchen und hoffe das ich dann Besserung bemerke, denn die Preise anzuheben und gleichzeitig einzusparen geht gar nicht; Und am Wochenende muss man zudem damit rechnen, dass es zahlreiche Gäste gibt, die die Ruhe in der eigenen Thermenlandschaft nicht einhalten; Gruppen von Menschen bzw. Jugendlichen die tun und lassen was sie wollen, keine Kontrolle; Das WLAN funktioniert leider immer noch nicht überall ausreichend; Das Quellenhotel war einmal ein Spitzenhotel mit steirischem Charme und Sauberkeit; Liebes Management: Bitte wieder auf den alten Kurs zurück;

Sehr schöne Therme mit tollem Sportangebot. Es gibt 2 Sportbecken im Außenbereich, dazu mehrere Becken mit Massagedüsen, tägl. indoor und outdoor Gymnastik und es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant. In den Ferienzeiten ist es recht voll - außerhalb der Ferien ein perfekter Genuss!

First of all: we would like to book again. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Rooms are quite small (but clean and every inch is used/well furnished), the anti-allergic cushions were both types not pleasant - we could have tried others, but it was too much trouble for us - but that's nagging at a high level and the only very small drawback. Staff across the board super friendly and polite (pillows have already been discussed with reception). The food was wonderful, the buffet was adequate, always freshened up (kitchen/service sometimes struggled over the holidays, there were delays - in our opinion, absolutely manageable and they apologized politely). Own thermal baths quite small without a bathing pond in winter, but with the passage to the healing thermal baths there is more than enough space, everything is clean, nice relaxation rooms. The in-house women's sauna is very quiet and pleasant. Massages great! Had used it as a short break in winter over the holidays, will certainly be happy to come back at quieter times. Very nice renovated hotel. Have been coming for a few years now and will remain so in the future. My daughter has also developed a taste for it over the last 4 years. Service is very important here. On my first vacation years ago, I asked for a stone pine cushion. This is already in the room upon arrival. It is no longer necessary to ask. What particularly caught our eye this year: The "Employee of the Month" gallery. We think it's great that employees appear here that you don't normally see because they work "behind the scenes".

In short: the restaurant doesn't live up to what you would expect from the renovation of the hotel and the excellent staff. HOTEL, THERME, SERVICE: 5*, kitchen: 1* Very positively attuned by the modern renovation of the hotel area and the (not artificial, but sincere) friendly employees (reception, but also service), one expects a restaurant that suits the hotel and does justice to the thermal area. Unfortunately, the entire restaurant area reveals the flair of a large canteen. Location: As far as hygiene, cleanliness and overall impression (e.g. smells) are concerned, the restaurant fortunately shows how much attention is paid to cleanliness here. However, cutlery and crockery should also be modernized after renovation. Food handicraft: The canteen flair continued with the appearance and the proportions. Also in terms of implementation (degree of doneness, cutting techniques, composition, etc.), the plates met the requirements of a canteen, but not of a restaurant in an otherwise very good hotel. Textures and mouthfeel were more of a mush. Food taste: convenience The canteen impression continued with the food. As soon as the food was served, a strong smell of powdered broths and ingredients from large convenience producers spread. Whether smell, aroma, spice world. Textures: This convenience ran through every dish. Incidentally, what was served as dessert was (of course only the unused portions) to be found in the breakfast offer "1 to 1". If you can call it sustainable, then the old interior of the restaurant is much more sustainable. The kitchen would get 1 star from me. Because of the very hard-working and friendly service then for the restaurant a total of 2. Unfortunately, that doesn't fit the hotel at all. I can understand that there is a clientele that (perhaps out of habit or from home) finds overcooked food and the taste of "packaged soups" delicious and is therefore satisfied, if not happy, with it. However, it absolutely does not match the otherwise very good hotel and thus excludes a large and good clientele for the hotel. I would recommend "better eaters" to choose the renovated area for the overnight stay and thermal baths, to ignore the restaurant and, for example, to visit the Rauch siblings' restaurant, which is not too far away. I would say to the management that - if you can't or don't want to give up the canteen approach - you have to offer 2 different concepts for the restaurant: one that does justice to the clientele of "simple eaters" and one that also does justice to guests with high demands . These guests would also be willing to pay a surcharge if the food was right.
