NH Gran Casino Extremadura Reviews

We stayed at the NH Gran Casino Extremadura for one night while heading back from our holiday in Andalucia. We booked a couple of days before the stay and were completely blown away by how lovely it was. Jorge on the Reception desk was particularly helpful, recommending good places to eat and things to see in the town. Our room was spacious, clean and very quiet. We were expecting it to be noisy as the casino was busy and there was a big wedding happening too, but our room was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the air con sublime (particularly as we arrived in a heatwave). Great breakfast too. Check in and check out was really simple and we felt welcomed and looked after throughout. We would 100% recommend a stay here 👏🏻

I really liked the hotel, good rooms, good breakfast. It happened on Saturday when I arrived from the center I bought a bottle of wine to drink in the room with my girlfriend and it was very difficult to get 2 glasses of wine, it seemed like I was ordering something strange. Another thing that happened was on Saturday night from 1 am to 3 am the noise in the street from people and cars honking made it impossible to sleep, it was very bad I told this at the reception. Thank you.

After returning from Portugal, I stopped in Badajoz for a day. The hotel room was big, but the facilities were not very new, so it was OK.

We were originally assigned to room 101, but there was no WiFi signal at all. After reporting it to the hotel, they immediately changed our room to premium. Very good service. The room was very big and spacious, I loved it.
