L’hôtel se situe à 10 minutes du métro Badalona, vous êtes à 20 minutes de Barcelone en transport. En arrivant à l’hôtel, on nous informe que la chambre avec vue sur mer n’est plus disponible à la dernière minute alors que la réservation a été faite il y a plus de 1 mois et demi. La chambre était dans un état degueulasse avec des miettes de nourriture partout près du lit, les draps étaient tachés, aucun ménage n’a été fait.

酒店離地鐵站在十分鐘路程左右，房間景色很美，可以看到海和馬路。從酒店過去海邊也就十五分鐘。巴薩隆那非常近海邊，所以經常可以去沙灘。

Hijacking My Money
Booked through trip.com for a 4-day stay, but my Visa got denied. I'd love to stay at the hotel so I informed the hotel almost two months in advance to negotiate the change of check-in dates. The manager first agreed to change the date of my reservation. Still, when I asked the Trip.com agent to forward my message about alternative check-in dates, the manager rejected my request and kept saying there is nothing they can do, and ended up charging me the full 700 dollars...
I had no idea why the hotel was so capricious in this case, but one thing I can be sure, the hotel had no intention of helping its customer solve the problem, but only wanted to get the money
