We stayed at the Ramada from December 30th to January 1st. The stay was OK for 2 nights. The cleanliness of the deluxe room left a lot to be desired. It was very dusty under the bed and under and in front of the bedside table, there was even a bottle cap from the previous guest under the bed. There was a digital tablet for hotel information, which was OK. You were informed that many people do not want room service and you had to confirm several times if you did want it. After I did this, I received a message saying that they could not offer service due to New Year's Eve preparations. We accepted this and occupied the room. Suddenly the cleaning service came. We wanted to take a bath, but did not have any bath foam or bath salts. Housekeeping and reception did not know what bath foam was, clarified it and then said that they did not have it. There was body lotion instead. So we bought bath salts at the Coop and noticed that the shower head on the tub was broken. For 460 francs for 2 nights, I expect a top room. The quality of the breakfast was not optimal. It was OK, but if you have to wait almost 20 minutes for a coffee, you lose interest and breakfast is no longer comfortable. There is only one slow coffee machine for a room full of people. Each coffee takes about 45 seconds. For latte macchiato etc. it takes longer. Scrambled eggs were only refilled after requesting them and when they arrived, they were cold. The coffee machine complains about emptying the grounds and drip tray, which also takes 5 minutes of work. The evening meal and the service in the Elements restaurant in the hotel was very good. The staff were always very friendly. Unfortunately, as a guest, you noticed the lack of staff, which shouldn't be the case for that price. I would understand if the price was reduced. The hotel is well located and we would come back from a practical point of view, even if it doesn't live up to the 4 stars.
