The Greenway Hotel & Spa

This was an excellent hotel. Service was great. From James in reception who welcomed us with professionalism and warmth & tips to visit, to the restaurant staff who were helpful and responsive. The chef was great - food was tasty and to a great standard. The housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating as well. We had an awesome and restful stay. Our dog enjoyed the bed and treats as well as walks in the beautiful grounds. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will make tgis hotel an regular on our list.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. My husband & I held our wedding ceremony and reception here in April 2024. We were blessed with one of the few sunny days in April and the hotel really shone in the sunshine. Every single staff member who we and our guests encountered during our 3 day stay could not do enough for us; I have never been to another hotel where every single staff member was giving 100%, everyone (and I mean everyone from events team to reception to housekeeping to the wait staff and even the gardener) was really helpful and friendly. The wedding day was absolutely perfect, the hotel exceeded my expectations and the team, led exceptionally by Louise who I had 100% confidence in throughout, delivered to make it the wonderful day for us and our families. I honestly could not have asked for more. The food was incredible. The hotel went above and beyond for us and treated us and our guests like royalty from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. It was the little touches at The Greenway that made this wedding so special for us - the personalised card, private dining the evening before the wedding, the *****es in the lawn specially for our confetti shot, even the chimney sweep as good luck for us! I cannot ever thank the hotel (and especially Louise who really went above and beyond to make this a perfect wedding for us) enough. We can’t wait to come back in the future. This place is very special - a hidden gem!

The reception area appears to be going through a refurb so access was via the spa. The rooms need refurbishing urgently. It was the dimmest lit room I've ever seen and even then I could see the stains and wear on the carpet and furniture. Lots of mould around the windows. Otherwise clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. decent wine list. Breakfast was very good. This could be a great hotel but the dilapidated room made it mediocre.

Just spent an amazing time at the spa. Fabulous treatment, lovely, friendly staff and not too busy. The time just flew by. Super accommodating - extending an offer to today. Excellent value for money, delicious food and terrific facilities. Will be back!

We LOVED this cozy resort in the Cotswolds! Beth in reception and Shannon in the spa made our entire stay with lots of great recommendations and friendly greetings each day. The rooms are gorgeous and the outdoor hot tub is a really nice amenity. All meals were lovely. We only wish the bed was softer, but it was also fine. We would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely afternoon tea here in beautiful surroundings .A nice selection of sandwiches and cakes.Also home made scones with jam,lemon curd and clotted cream. The staff were friendly and very attentive and we were very well looked after,especially by Alex.

Wonderful food and staff were exceptional . The gatehouse rooms were okay but not outstanding however the rest of the stay made up for it. Quite expensive but still well worth a visit. Would definitely visit again if I were to be back in the Cotswolds.
