酒店服務人員很到位，但是到的時候房間被旅行團擠掉換的房間居住的。環境一般，空間有限，廁所騰不開身，還是蹲便。不過服務人員酒店接送還是態度很好的。

很不錯，有驚喜。來神農架在巴東返程時住的，近巴東高鐵站，設備完善，也很新，基本上是這幾天行程裏最滿意的一家

房間環境乾淨整潔，性價比超級高！距離高鐵站不遠，老闆會過來接站，早上8點的高鐵也麻煩了老闆早早起床接送，服務超級棒！
