我是第一次來綠葱坡，沒想到小鎮上竟然有這麼好的酒店。酒店大堂顯現出來的奢華和宏偉，讓同伴們感到非常驚訝；牆面、地面都用的石材，質地、顏色搭配很好，瞬間給人心情愉悦。辦理check in時，前台小哥的親切問候，很熱情，不厭其煩地回答我們的問題，服務態度真的是好！
來到客房，房間裏床品及所展示的環境，讓人心生歡喜，與酒店大堂的環境輝輝相映，物品擺放整齊，乾乾淨淨，客房阿姨見面就微笑點頭問好，很温馨。
餐廳環境非常好，服務員熱情指引我們點了幾個當地特色菜，味道還不錯，價格也很實惠，遠超我們的預期……可能是雪季快結束了，今天用餐人不是很多，非常安靜。這次體驗不錯，值得推薦。

酒店一樓自助餐廳環境非常好，早餐一直開到9點半品種都很齊全，餐廳服務員非常熱情，看見小孩打餐夠不着爐子時，立馬跑上去幫忙，小孩子不小心弄到地上的西瓜、飲料，服務員很快就過來打掃乾淨了。我們滑了一天雪，感覺有些疲憊，晚餐時我們點了酒店推出的套餐，上菜速度很快，價格也很實惠味道超讚，一邊品嚐美食，一邊欣賞窗外美景，真是人生一大樂事。
酒店大堂休息區還設有免費小童遊樂場，小孩子可以自由玩耍，非常愜意。
回到房間，在樓層碰到客房服務員很熱情向我們問好，心情感覺無比舒適。
酒店綜合服務應該説很nice，這次體驗讓我和家人們深感難忘，有機會一定還會再來！

一進酒店，大廳給人眼前一亮，哇塞！環境好好耶！看起來一塵不染，牆面、地面石材質地及搭配也很好，是我喜歡的那種……前台小姐姐還一個小帥哥很熱情，服務態度真的是好，不厭其煩地回答我們各種問題，態度親切，告訴我們餐廳用餐地點、商業街好吃好玩的。
房間高端大氣上檔次，物品擺放整整齊齊，房間也打掃的乾乾淨淨，客房阿姨見面就好，不愧是五星級酒店服務。我住的一線雪景房，寬大陽台正對滑雪場，可以看見天然雪景，還可欣賞雪場上各種摔跤的姿勢，很適合拍照打卡。
早餐自助，品種很豐富，吃到了地道的高山蔬菜。中午晚上可以點餐，我們幾個人點了四五個菜，味道還不錯，有當地特色，邊吃飯邊欣賞外面的風景。酒店一樓還有小童遊樂區，對於玩了一天的我來説，可以讓小孩自己玩耍放鬆一下可太好了，遊樂區對面就是茶吧，小孩子在遊樂區玩，自己可以坐在茶吧喝喝茶看看書。這次體驗不錯，有時間一定會再來的。

酒店地下車庫不讓客人停車，都是停的自己工作人員的車，真的很難理解，大雪天讓客人的車停在露天的地方，第二天走的時候玻璃都結冰了，還要清理玻璃上的積雪非常麻煩。
找酒店前台借支筆也是説不能送，衹能自己去前台拿！
700多一晚的酒店服務太不上心了！
