Rooms are good but front desk boy who is in reception at morning rocky is really very bad nature he don't know how to treat the guest his behaviour towards the guests are very bad ...i make my booking from *********** ones at the time of i reached hotel for my check in.he told me to cancel my booking from there he will issue a direct booking for me with 1000 rupees discount on it ... after that one's i cancel my booking from the website he just me 200 rupees discount only said that I don't say anything like that he is so confused in there work he don't even know how to solve the issue ......as I'm also an hotelier background person i hv done work in 5 star property like ITC grand chola taj and so on I'm so disappointed with that guy ...not only because of this reason nxt also ge do same for the using of swiming pool at the tym of check in he said that pool will be clean it by eveng itself and the nxt the evng till the pool is not clean even is not able to answer how much time more it takes and then directly told me to leave the hotel ....my advice for you guys don't visit that hotel if that person is still there at work .....
