We had visited this hotel on the 20th of April,2024 to 22nd April,24. We were a huge group of more than 100 people and our trip was sponsored by our company Aries Agro. My Room number was 302. Our lunch was supposed to served at the hotel at 3.00 pm, however due to sight seeing we were late by 30 mins and the entire team was not served lunch and when we became irate and questioned as to where is our lunch because they were already paid for it in advance and if it was prepared then it must be somewhere and when being questioned the ***ager got so angry and aggressive, he was at our face and shouting profusely with saliva drooping from mouth, his attitude was such that it seemed like he would beat us up. He started assembling his staff and is demeanour was such that he wanted to provoke us even further.

Wow what can I say from the moment we stepped into the hotel to the day we sadly had to go home We have never felt so welcome The team are amazing , jit the ***ager is an absolute treasure The room was spotless The oool area amazing The breakfast was delicious The staff around the pool were amazing couldn’t want for anything Can’t wait to go back 5 star

Absolutely relaxing hotel. Could not find any fault at all. Breakfast was Indian, continental, and English. Very big pool even for serious swimmers. Services from the staff was perfect. And ***ager at the front desk and General ***ager of the hotel was very very helpful.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Nazri staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday . The stay at the hotel made it a memorable one we will not forget the birthday cake for my wife and how your staff made us feel at home. Excellent property and very convenient to the town Front desk staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful.

The most co-operative staff, I ever experienced before. The deliverable from the resort were used be ready even before we remind them. Staff is very polite and friendly. Having been at Nazri Resorts was really a great experience for me and my colleagues

Had 28 day holiday at the nazri resort. Been going to Goa for the last 20 years. Third time at nazri. Had a fantastic time there cannot fault the staff from all departments. Food good, pool well maintained, entertainment good. Everyone has there favourite member of staff. I think everyone was great. Thank you nazri. Michael and Priscilla.
