Resort Primo BOM Terra Verde

This is advertised as having a restaurant NO it does not, we were told this when we arrived and having young children with no self catering facilities available made the trip more hard work than it needed to be. Told us about a delivery app to use, one member of staff helped with this but others wouldn’t. Bathroom was cleaned twice during our 13 night stay. Steps into pool are steep for those with mobility difficulties. View from apartment overlooking lake consisted of car park and building works first. Potential to become better but make it clear beforehand re no food/drink facilities on site. Fridge and kettle in your room so no cutlery, bowls etc to provide for kids meaning had to get out all the time. When wanting a day by the pool, had to plan when to dry off and get food etc. sun beds are not beds they are chairs so not able to lay down and relax, no parasols but a fixed shade on one side of the pool, this means you are up close and personal to others though.

NO RESTAURANT. NO BOATING NO SUN LOUNGERS HOTEL UNDER CONSTRUCTION NO KIDS CLUB HOSTILE RECEPTION STAFF ROOMS FILITY DIRTY, WITH MOULD. HOTEL IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I stayed in this hotel with my grandmother, infant son and 3 other children jan 2024. The bedding in the rooms is disgusting and stained, mould growing in bathroom. No restaurant on site or boating activities as advertised. Currently building brand new building at the side of the pool. Dust everywhere and noise level ridiculously loud. This hotel is being falsely advertised on a number of sites. I’ve been travelling to Goa for a number of years and never experienced a hotel with such low standards. Stay at your own risk.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde, and my overall impression was far from satisfactory. I booked through Agoda. The stay was marred by several concerning incidents, making it necessary for me to cut my visit short. The most alarming incident occurred around 03:00 AM when a staff member attempted to enter my room (A1) without any warning or explanation. The individual claimed to have mistaken my room for A2, a privacy violation that left me feeling unsafe and violated. Despite bringing this to the attention of the resort ***agement, no satisfactory resolution was offered. Additionally, I encountered several maintenance and service issues during my stay: The room lock was malfunctioning, compromising security. The provided hot water kettle was damaged and unusable. The shower in my room was not functioning properly. Despite a request for an additional blanket, it was not provided when I felt cold in the middle of the night. These concerns were communicated to the resort ***agement, but the lack of responsiveness and failure to address these issues promptly significantly impacted my stay. I am writing this review in the hope that it serves as a cautionary note for future visitors and prompts the necessary improvements at Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde. The privacy breach and maintenance issues need urgent attention, and I trust that the ***agement will take the necessary steps to enhance the quality of the guest experience. This a very well maintained resort! It's huge! There are numerous cottages! We stayed in one of them! And I must stay we indeed had a pleasant stay! The room, beds, bed spreads, bedsheets, pillows were all very clean! The washroom as well was maintained well! I loved the fact that there was hot water running in the tap round the clock! The hospitality was very good! The most important thing about this resort is that it's almost centrally located in North Goa and has easy and quick access to all tourist attractions! We highly recommended this place to whosoever wants to stay in North Goa!

Not hospitable hosts

If you have booked in this resort, my suggestion- just cancel it and book somewhere else. The property is nothing like advertised on the website. It does not have a bar or restaurant, the staff is arrogant and the resort is under maintenance. We were told all this after the check in.

Actually visited in March 21...don't have option to put of before... Loved the area...the resort... A good place to be... The only thing kitchen was closed under renovation when we visited else it's good enough, service was a little slow and acs wernt working as required needed to switch it on all the time for cooling, there was no gas in it. It happened with both the rooms we took.

One of the best budget friendly resort in nort goa. Cottages are very beautifully designed and spacious. Good for couples,family and friends.Staff is friendly. wold like to visit here once again......

Horrible stay .we were have 2 room for 3 night we had ask for room siffting as the wash room was having gap we can see everything from there H3 was our room but the girl at reception Anjelina she was so state forword without knowing the problem she told we are sold out they dont have 1 room to shif all though we were reddy to pay the upgrate charges as well but no use of complain never suggest any one for stay their .***agement must have to look forward this no privacy.do t waste your time by sercing this resort ***agement must have to look forword all the wash room the swimmingpool changing room was dont have shower no light .after saying all this at reception no answer we get .never recommended the resort .
