I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde, and my overall impression was far from satisfactory. I booked through Agoda. The stay was marred by several concerning incidents, making it necessary for me to cut my visit short. The most alarming incident occurred around 03:00 AM when a staff member attempted to enter my room (A1) without any warning or explanation. The individual claimed to have mistaken my room for A2, a privacy violation that left me feeling unsafe and violated. Despite bringing this to the attention of the resort ***agement, no satisfactory resolution was offered. Additionally, I encountered several maintenance and service issues during my stay: The room lock was malfunctioning, compromising security. The provided hot water kettle was damaged and unusable. The shower in my room was not functioning properly. Despite a request for an additional blanket, it was not provided when I felt cold in the middle of the night. These concerns were communicated to the resort ***agement, but the lack of responsiveness and failure to address these issues promptly significantly impacted my stay. I am writing this review in the hope that it serves as a cautionary note for future visitors and prompts the necessary improvements at Resort Primo Bom Terra Verde. The privacy breach and maintenance issues need urgent attention, and I trust that the ***agement will take the necessary steps to enhance the quality of the guest experience.
