Credit to Trip.com sorting this out for me, I'm happy with their service but use this hotel at your peril. The hotel is unattended. You are supposed to receive an email or SMS, or something, with an entry code and your room number. I didn't receive this (and yes I checked, double and triple checked - spam folders, and so on). After all there wasn't much else to do sitting in the hotel lobby trying to find out how to get my room. They leave a mobile number to call - I called, it went to voice mail. I called again, nothing. After a while I had to book another hotel nearby. It looks okay from the outside, location is next to the airport, convenient for the NEC, quiet location I think. Trip.com refunded the costs after trying to contact the hotel. I So, use this hotel with care. If for any reason you don't get a message you'll not be able to get in, and from my experience no way to speak to anyone to get help.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago & it was amazing absolutely fantastic the whole place looked so modern & fresh, the room was to a very high quality & absolutely spotless could not of asked for more it was just perfect, we will definitely return 😀

Simple, clean and everything you need to enjoy putting your head down for the night. I have a larger than usual car that just about fit down the side to the car park but thats my own fault. If i had to be really harsh the shower head and tv remote could of done with a clean however, i cant fault this place in truth and would come back again 100%. I received a text message with all the keycodes, no reception to mess about with. Room was clean and warm with spare pillows, towels, coffee etc. Thank you for a lovely stay

Clean and tidy. Didn't see anyone staff wise. Did speak on the phone as door was coded and needed to get code. Area seemed ok didnt spend much time around there. There is a car park round the back but if you have a normal sized car ok, but i have a van so no chance getting to the car park. There was 3 othere vans parked on the front was bit tight. We would stay again.

There are no staff on duty. The property appeared to be newly refurbished.

Reviews all said clean and comfortable and deserved of a high review score. Found the place to be dirty, radiator in bathroom had a good inch of filth, bathroom shelf dirty and blood on the bath mat. Bed was like sleeping on a block of wood. If looking for a place to stay then carry on looking.

Spotless. Simply but tastefully decorated room with very comfortable bed, small bathroom but with good shower. Self check-in was painless Not currently offering breakfast. Plenty of parking, but access to back car park might be difficult for larger cars, as evidenced by scrape marks on the walls, but parking in the front is possible. Good value for money – was quite impressed - would certainly use again if in the area.

A spotlessly clean room, in an excellent location, within easy access to Coventry & Warwickshire. This was our first time staying here, so the peculiarities of having no one on site, was a little daunting prior to arrival, but the information we received ensured there was nothing to worry about. The access code allowed easy entrance to the building and our room (room 7) was spacious and spotless. There is ample parking in front and at the rear of the property and we found everything to our liking. One special mention needs to be the ease of access in to Coventry from here, with the route through the new "JLR access road" meaning that there is no need to go on to the busy A45 at all, as it brings you out at the London Road, so the CBS Arena and City Centre are easily accessible, as is Kenilworth/Leamington & Warwick plus Rugby and the M45 is only 15 minutes drive. All in all we were really pleased to have found this little gem, with a couple of pubs & restaurants within walking distance, it is very good value for money.

You get what you pay for. The property looks very new and on first impression looks very clean. Big fan of the mirror that you can connect Bluetooth too in the bathroom to play music whilst showering. Host was polite by message and gave clear instructions to enter the room. The TV didn’t really work and was quite small but I had my laptop to watch a movie. Did the job for an overnight stay but found the room noisy overnight with thin walls so you could hear all the other guests. There was also a dirty pillowcase on one of the four pillows available.
