At first glance, the apartments are very far away: zone 3 and outside the metro, making it necessary to take the RER (Cercanías). However, its situation is really good, since for the RER you have to wait like 15 minutes, and in another 15 you are in the center of Paris (Luxembourg, Notre Dame, Châtelet...) In addition, the apartments are literally opposite the RER stop. For the same price, in Paris you can only get tiny rooms, so I think it's a very good option to have a small apartment, to be able to buy something quickly, etc. Breakfast is buffet but quite basic. It is also very well connected to Orly airport (30-45 minutes)
