This was by far the worst experience and hotel we had in all of Italy. The front desk lady was so incredible rude and nothing she stated to us was true. We booked a room with twin beds and they refused to give them to us despite me asking to confirm before booking. The rooms were small and not clean. True waste of money. Don’t stay here.

Overall cute hotel, though it’s a bit run down. However, there’s a great shuttle that takes you to Florence for €2.50 per person. The park is super nice!

Bell’hotel in edificio storico con bellissimo giardino e piscina. Ottima la pulizia e la colazione
Non bisogna però dimenticare che è a circa 5 km dal centro di Firenze in una frazione. Quindi ottimo per chi ha l’auto, se non si ha l’auto c’è una navetta dall’hotel ma solo in pochi orari al giorno

Amazing property with lovely features! feels like royal living in a true palace! everything is WOW! This is our fifth stay at this property and it gets more charmer every time! Welcome at reception was great and made us feel like home! Kids enjoyed like anything! We will certainly be back!

The hotel is lovely. Very clean and quiet. We are finding that in Italy there are not many handicap rooms or parking spaces. Our room is extremely small. We needed a shower without a bathtub for my husband.
