Do not stay here.
We booked this property for a few days to relax by the pool and explore nearby areas. The room was not nearly like described. It was not impressive at all. It smelled really bad and not like cleaning products but instead old and musty. The hot tub was covered with a tarp with landscape debris covering it. Obviously not used in a long time.
My wife was in tears. We left upon arrival and found another place to stay. I paid up front and the owner said he would refund me 2 of 3 three nights which I agreed to but he never did. Find another place.

I wan on vacation with my family. We are from Romania. I booked an apartment with private garden. A very quiet and beautiful place. It was very clean and the room and the bathroom were very spacious. The garden, the pool and the view were wonderful! The staff was very, very nice, kind, helpful and they gave us all the informations we needed. We had everything. Fully equipped apartment (toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel, towels in the bathroom; kitchen equipped with plates, pan, pot, tableware, gas cooker, kitchen hood… everything). We ate at the restaurant and we also drank home made wine. The food and the wine were absolutely delicious!!! It is very close to Florence, we took the bus from the station which is less a 1 minute walk from the accommodation, about 15 minutes to the center of Florence. Beautiful view, wonderful staff, good quality/price ratio. Everything was perfect. I recommend this location wholeheartedly! We felt wonderful.

Per lavoro a Firenze su consiglio di amici abbiamo alloggiato in questo residence: il posto è bello immerso nel verde sulla collina che circonda Firenze ma, nonostante, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale risulta vetusto nella gestione e nell’arredo La stanza è pulita e condizionata con un letto piccolo (x me) , un bagno minuscolo cui verrà a mancare l’acqua calda senza alcuna possibilità di contattare un numero per segnalare la criticità: era la nostra ultima sera e l’indomani ci è stato assicurato che avrebbero provveduto così anche per la cassetta dello sciacquone riparata da me in più occasioni (x ovvi motivi). Colazione vantata nel sito con torte fatte in casa, selezioni di salumi e formaggi ridotta, con la motivazione del covid in croissant del Mulino Bianco e fette biscottate: molto molto deludente specie in rapporto al costo del soggiorno che, ovviamente, è rimasto invariato. Nelle prossime occasioni la mia scelta verterà altrove peccato perché il posto merita assai

Siamo stati in questo residence per 5 giorni. Lo abbiamo scelto per la posizione comoda per visitare Firenze e per i servizi offerti. Il nostro appartamento era grande e ben arredato; l'aria condizionata era presente in tutte le stanze; avevamo a disposizione due bagni, comodi e con doccia ampia. Abbiamo utilizzato la piscina diverse volte, grande, pulita e mai affollata. Non possiamo dire nulla del ristorante perché nel periodo del nostro soggiorno era chiuso per ferie. A 5 minuti a piedi dal residence si trova la fermata dell'autobus, che abbiamo utilizzato diverse volte perché permette di arrivare a Firenze centro in circa 20 minuti, eliminando il problema del parcheggio dell'auto. Il proprietario Sig. Nicola è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile; abbiamo notato che c'è moltissima attenzione alla raccolta differenziata e questo ci ha fatto piacere. Ringraziamo tutto il personale del residence per averci fatto trascorrere dei giorni sereni in Toscana.

Spectacular! Run by the owners, very quiet and comfortable. There is no variety in the restaurant, so we went to dinner elsewhere, but the attention of the owner and his kindness left us in love with the place. I recommend it for people who want a place without noise and on the golf course.
